Court Management System Modernization Workshop on AWS – 3 Day Engagement

OCourt is a cloud-based solution designed to help courts modernize legacy Case Management Systems (CMS) by introducing digital workflows, secure document management, and integrated services without requiring a full system replacement. This 3-day workshop provides courts and justice organizations with a structured engagement to assess their current operational environment, identify modernization opportunities, and explore how the OCourt platform can enhance document management, electronic signatures, scheduling, payment processing, and public access capabilities. The goal is to help courts transition from paper-heavy and fragmented systems to a streamlined, digital-first environment that improves efficiency, transparency, and service delivery.

During the workshop, our experts collaborate with court administrators, judicial staff, and IT teams to review existing workflows, analyze operational challenges, and demonstrate how OCourt modules—such as e-Docs for digital document management and electronic signatures, ScheduleR for court scheduling, CollectR for payment integration, and public access capabilities—can enhance existing court management environments. Participants will also learn how these capabilities integrate with existing CMS platforms and judicial systems while improving automation, data accuracy, and accessibility for court staff and the public.

The engagement also outlines how OCourt solutions can be deployed using AWS cloud infrastructure to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available court technology platforms. The workshop covers architectural considerations and best practices using AWS services such as Amazon EC2 for application hosting, Amazon RDS for managed database services, Amazon S3 for secure document storage, and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) for access control and security. By the end of the engagement, participants receive a clear modernization roadmap, integration strategy, and recommended next steps to implement a cloud-enabled court management environment using OCourt and AWS.
