What do you like best about the product?
For improving contract precision, Robin AI has been a good tool. When it comes to multiple agreements, the AI driven review makes sure that important details aren’t missed. First and foremost, I like how it improves consistency on the contracts to minimize the discrepancy that can cause legal problems. In addition, it assists with complying with regulations, by locating possible problems at very early stages. It has smoothed out the contract negotiations by allowing the legal and business teams to work together much better in the manner of running the approval workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, what bothers me about Robin AI is that it often misunderstands the phrasing of legal theory. This is helpful for standard contracts though for more complex contracts you still need to manually review to your great mistake of missing anything critical. Additionally, while does occasionally flag non issues, it also misses some more subtle ones. That means we can’t trust it fully and we need an other layer of human oversight, which often adds unexpected delay in finalization of contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Robin AI has prevented us from incurring expensive contract errors by identifying inconsistencies before agreements are signed. It helps you keep within legal boundaries, and marks outdated or risky clause early in the cycle. Working with external partners has been especially beneficial since it ensures all parties are aligned from the beginning. This also helped improve the accuracy of the contract, which in turn reduced the need for long renegotiations, and deals went through faster and with fewer disputes.

What do you like best about the product?
Robin AI is super easy to use. I've used it for proposing amendments to my contracts, for summarising contracts into simple emails for my stakeholders and for identifying key risks. It's like having an excellent paralegal or lawyer on hand to assist. I use this tool every week, several times a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides in my opinion, from my couple of months of using this software.

What do you like best about the product?
Robin AI is able to support my legal work as Project In-house Legal Counsel for several companies in Singapore. Robin AI can review right down to the clause levels, legally onerous clauses and recommend changes to suit my needs. When I prompt on the development of legal checklist or how to design a legal risk management framework, Robin AI suggests good and workable ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There shouldnt be a minimum subscription of $100 for 5 users - as I am a sole user. Robin AI should allow monthly subscription on an individual basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract review is made easier by Robin AI. Robin AI has made it easier for me to be effective as legal counsel
