Sweep is the agentic layer for enterprise systems, connecting to platforms like Salesforce to continuously map metadata and model system context. By turning that context into a durable enterprise asset, Sweep enables teams to analyze impact, reduce risk, and deploy governed AI at scale.
Sweep is the agentic layer for enterprise systems, connecting to platforms including Salesforce and others to continuously ingest and map metadata into a Unified Metadata Graph. By indexing configuration, automation logic, permissions, and system relationships, Sweep creates a real-time, deterministic model of how your systems actually work. On top of that foundation, the Agentic Layer enables metadata agents to reason across dependencies, surface impact, generate AI documentation, monitor risk, and execute governed changes. With full system context and traced explainability, teams can analyze downstream impact, reduce tech debt, strengthen security, and modernize safely. Finally, Agentic Ops turns insight into operational execution powering automation, routing, alerts, deduplication, and attribution directly inside enterprise systems. The result: one layer across every system, giving teams total control to move faster with confidence while deploying governed AI at scale.
Highlights
Documentation Agent continuously maps and explains your Salesforce metadata, automation logic, and dependencies creating always-current, queryable system documentation with traced reasoning.
Permissions Agent analyzes who has access to what, surface risk, run access audits, and generate exportable evidence with full audit trails and governance guardrails.
Monitoring Agent detects drift, tech debt, and configuration risk before incidents occur enabling proactive governance and safer AI and automation deployment at scale.

A complete solution for scaling agent operations in a single Salesforce org. Includes documentation, permission, and monitoring agents; build and process agents; expanded artifacts; a visual workspace (read/write); up to 10 admins; and 3 sandboxes.
This listing has one pricing dimension: the Platform, billed as a contract measured in units. It covers a single Salesforce org and bundles the product's agent capabilities together. Included in this one purchase are documentation, permission, and monitoring agents; build and process agents; expanded artifacts; and a read/write visual workspace. The contract also sets fixed capacity limits: up to 10 admins and 3 sandboxes. Because there is a single dimension, pricing does not scale across tiers or instance sizes. You commit to the defined bundle and its stated capacity for the contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Salesforce org for this Platform contract?
The Platform covers a single Salesforce org, meaning one connected Salesforce instance. The agents, workspace, and artifacts all operate within that one org. If you manage multiple separate orgs, this contract does not extend across them.
What does the visual workspace read/write access let admins do within the contract?
The read/write visual workspace lets your admins map Salesforce processes onto a shared canvas, then design, edit, and deploy changes without code. This differs from read-only access, which would only allow viewing. Up to 10 admins can build and modify processes within the org.
What happens to my built processes if the contract ends?
Anything you built in the platform and deployed to Salesforce keeps running and stays editable directly in Salesforce. You lose access to the visual workspace and the ability to make edits from the platform. The deployed automations themselves remain in your org.

What do you like best about the product?
Sweep makes many of the normal day-to-day build and maintenance tasks in Salesforce significantly faster. It's easy to use, and the AI functions consolidate work that would otherwise require several other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The duplicate management features could be easier to set up and the slack features can occasionally be finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sweep for territory management, lead routing, impact analysis, alerting, and, as of recently, it helps us build fields and automations, too.

What do you like best about the product?
Sweep gives me clear visibility into our Salesforce metadata and saves a lot of investigation time, especially for enterprise customers. It quickly surfaces how our processes are set up, which makes it easier to understand what’s already in place and to build new processes. Recently, Sweep has also developed an impressive AI that understands the Salesforce context.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sweep has been less helpful for deleting content from Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sweep delivers a strong ROI by saving many hours of Salesforce administration, documentation, and troubleshooting work. It makes it significantly easier to navigate and understand complex Salesforce environments. It helps prevent costly mistakes by highlighting the impact of configuration changes before deployment. Performance-wise, Sweep reduces the time required to investigate issues, troubleshoot errors, and analyze Salesforce configurations. Accelerates change management by quickly identifying affected components and dependencies. Helps teams work more efficiently by replacing manual metadata analysis with AI-powered insights, and improves visibility into how data flows across connected systems.

I really like how Sweep.io provides clarity and confidence to our team before making changes in complex Salesforce environments. The platform's capability to visualize architecture, understand dependencies, document changes, and reduce risk is impressive. The knowledgeable and supportive Sweep team is genuinely invested in our success as well as our clients' success, which I appreciate greatly. Together, the product and people help us move faster for our customers while maintaining clean, scalable, and easier-to-maintain Salesforce environments. The onboarding process was extremely easy, thanks to the Sweep.io team.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sweep easy to use, and I really appreciate the good customer success and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we don’t know what we don’t know and underutilize the tools. There are features I don’t know if we have or if we don’t, so not sure what we could be missing out on. More regular updates or customer success letting us know what we are using versus not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sweep enhances accuracy with lead to account matching and documents workflows through AI, clarifying past development.

Easy Automations and Alerts with Seamless Salesforce Integration
Reviewed on Jun 09, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to build automations and alerts. The UI makes it simple to build things quickly and it reads to Salesforce really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a de-bug option on automations. Sometimes my automations don't ever fire/trigger and it's hard to see when that happens since they don't show up in Sweep Logs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account duplication, lead routing, Slack alerts to reps, and just better data organization/hygiene all around
