User-Friendly Platform with Helpful Guidance and Great Client Manager Support

Nothing to declare, everything is perfect so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Structure GHG Assessment, keep historical data and secure the data (no modifications can be changed without an approval process) + data collection with survey and emission factor database
An essential collaborative tool for measuring our carbon footprint
What do you like best about the product?
Sweep is a collaborative reporting tool that allows us to measure our carbon footprint in an agile and quick manner. By centralizing the data, which was previously tracked separately by each team, we significantly save time and gain clarity on our results. We have the ability to automate the integration of our collection files, send pre-recorded questionnaires, and create simple and effective dashboards to analyze our data. Additionally, the teams support us very well, remain attentive to our needs, and are always ready to evolve the tool to better meet them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the update of emission factors must still be performed manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gather all our data to accurately assess our carbon footprint, then act on our decarbonization paths.
Ease of Use and Strong Support, Specific Needs Met
What do you like best about the product?
The initial setup process went smoothly with the support of the teams, which made user onboarding quite simple. The way Sweep simplifies data collection across different countries is another reason why I value this tool, as it solves the complexity usually associated with this task, and I appreciate the ease of use of Sweep for our local contacts. Sweep allows our local users to have independent access to their information. This enables our team to better focus its efforts on decarbonization rather than wasting time on complex data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot archive the surveys that are sent to the country, which limits my ability to manage the information in a more organized manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sweep to simplify the calculation of the carbon footprint and manage the complexity of data collection across different countries. It is user-friendly for our local users and meets our specific needs.
Intuitive Interface and Efficient Configuration
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly appreciate the interface of Sweep, which is very pleasant, clean, simple, and intuitive. This makes using the software very smooth and greatly facilitates our carbon and ESG data collection. Moreover, the setup was very efficient thanks to the Sweep School system, which allowed us to fully understand the ins and outs of using the tool. The playful nature of this setup was also very enjoyable, making the learning process both educational and pleasant. Finally, the ability to make extractions to Excel is very practical for our analysis and reporting needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot use Sweep in a small window - you must always have Sweep open in full size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sweep to collect carbon and ESG data, facilitating our various reports.
