    This is a repackaged open source software product wherein additional charges apply for maintenance and support. A fully tested and performance evaluated Jitsi setup that supports 250 concurrent users in multiple conferences. This setup is bundled with an AWS Cloudwatch monitoring dashboard in addition to Jitsi components.

    Jitsi server setup includes a single server which has Jitsi Meet installed and 2 servers which has JVB installed and another server with Jibri for a single meeting recording to AWS S3. This is a low cost, high performance server configuration by the industry leader in open source WebRTC services, meetrix.io.

    250 user video conferencing setup with recording

    The cloudformation script will deploy Jitsi Meet, 2 Jitsi Video Bridges and 1 Jibri recording server. This scripts using IAM role permission to push metrics to cloudwatch and push file to s3 bucket

    AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS. The templates describe the service or application architecture you want to deploy, and AWS CloudFormation uses those templates to provision and configure the required services (such as Amazon EC2 instances or Amazon RDS DB instances). The deployed application and associated resources are called a "stack."

    Usage instructions

    Access the application via a browser at http://<domain-name>. To generate SSL certificates first point dns to server, login to the instance and run certbot. Admin email is required for SSL generation. IAM role assigned to instances for push metrics to cloudwatch dashboard, push recordings to S3 bucket and change volume type of jibrisClick the "Continue to Subscribe" button. After subscribing, you will need to accept the terms and conditions. Click on "Accept Terms" to proceed. Please wait for a few minutes while the processing takes place. Once it's completed, click on "Continue to Configuration". Select your preferred region in "Configure this software" page and click "Continue to Launch" button. From the "Choose Action" dropdown menu, select "Launch CloudFormation", and then click "Launch".     Very good open source web conferencing. Very good for open source. Very easy to implement anywhere.

    Obviously limited compared to proprietary counterparts

    What do you like best about the product?
    It's easy to use and it doesn't have a time limit for conferences such as Google Meet.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It doesn't save the chat history if you have to close and reopen the tab. And sometimes it doesn't work, though I'm not entirely sure it's the app or the internet.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Jitsi has been the app of choice for a few projects I've done in which we had to both host the team in the main call and divide them up in other calls. Jitsi allowed me to customize the link in order to make it easier for everybody to find their call

    What do you like best about the product?
    Jitsi allows me to tailor the video call to our requirements, and adapt the tool to our methods of communication smoothly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Jitsi has a poor mobile application experience. As for the drawbacks, it looks somewhat unpolished and does not include some features that are available in the desktop variant.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    This software has been rather useful for our internal communications. By using this type of communication rather than face-to-face meetings we have been able to avoid costly licensing utilities.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The best part its a open source which does not require any signup. It has a very smooth user experience which makes it more attractive to the beginners. It provides high quality audio and video, and it does not need to be install.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It has very limited features which makes it unfit for big companies. The website lacks to maintain its quality when there is a heavy traffic.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Jitsi is a good for daily small meetings, because its easy to use. Since, it can be directly used from the website, it save my Memory space of the device.
