    Entitle is a cloud permission management platform that automates how access to cloud resources is requested and granted. It eliminates provisioning-related bottlenecks and enables security teams to restrict unneeded access while maintaining a seamless experience for employees.

    An API-first SaaS platform, Entitle is deployed in minutes with 100+ cloud-based apps and infrastructure integrations. The platform features:

    1. Self-service access requests - to lower the burden on IT, employees can self-serve the access they need and receive it if they are entitled to it. The user experience remains untouched as they use common platforms such as Slack, Teams, and Jira.
    2. No-code policy definitions - flexible workflows send requests through different approval flows (e.g., automatic or team lead and/or resource owner) depending on sets of conditions (e.g., duration of the request, data sensitivity, open tickets, group membership, etc.)
    3. Dynamic provisioning - using API integrations, every permission is granted and taken automatically in the application, including more complex tasks like user, role, and policy creations.

    Pricing is based on contract duration. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for any usage exceeds the entitle amount or not covered in the contract. These charges will be applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to your entitlements will expire.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Amazing team that always listen and helped us with our requiremnts, team which always push the company forward in order to give the custoners the best and easiest solution , implementation and integration are very is .
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some screem might be a bit complicated but overall nothing you can't handle .
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Granting temorary permissions for users in order to use sensitive resources and in that way to keep our resources much more secure .

    What do you like best about the product?
    It allows us to reference permission check out links directly, allowing for auto reponses to our users and freeing up time for our internal support to work on other things.

    Implementation and continued set up of new applications, permission groups, and editing workflows on the fly is very easy.

    By utilizing Entitle, we can empower our users to search out the permissions changes themselves, and retain least amount of access in very sensitive areas.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Availability can be a concern, after hours approval flows that rely on direct individuals can mean that requests sit for potentially hours before repsonse.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Entitle is allowing us to treat security of sensitive environments in a more limited capacity, leaving fewer users with permanent higih level access. It also is allowing us to keep license costs low by putting timed checkouts on high cost licensing, putting them back into the pool for another user to request the next day, days, weeks or more later.

    We also put together groups of access bookmarks to allow users to click right into the templated request type they need. They can still search out additional types, but the links allow them to self serve easier and free up time from our internal support being asked for permission to X application.

    What do you like best about the product?
    First and formost their product! However, it doesnt stop there.

    When we got onboarded there was a personal touch to it, and also where there were regulatory requiremnt that we had to adhere to, Entitle accomodated our needs and it was a very smooth and efficient onboarding.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There isnt one negative thing i can say regarding Entitle.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Entitle is centralizing and automating our access requests in one place and gives us a very clear standing on that front.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Entitle surpassed our expectations with its lightning-fast deployment and comprehensive feature set. We were up and running in no time, experiencing immediate benefits without the need for extensive customization. The time saved was undoubtedly significant, although exact measurements are difficult to quantify. The support from the Entitle team was exceptional, ensuring a smooth transition. If you're searching for a solution that delivers tangible results quickly, Entitle is a game-changer worth considering.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    They definitely put more efforts on making the user experience and UI smooth and less about documentation but it had already improved quite a bit.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Access provisioning would take us a considerable amount of time and effort, with Entitle it went down to nearly zero. UARs also got much easier.

    - Releases features quickly
    - Slack integration for access requests and approval alerts
    - Have a lot of out-of-the-box integrations
    - Admin UI is straightforward and user friendly
    - Incredibly flexible for all different types of permission approval requirements
    - The account management team is responsive and considers feedback for product development and releases
    - It is an excellent timed access tool for maintaining a less-privileged access model, and it also helps save money on license costs for those systems where usage is high for short amounts of time
    - Automates access management, saving countless hours on manual provisioning tasks
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some of the integrations are still in the early stages of development, so there are some occasional issues with the connections and configurations. Permission management is super complex and so they have built a product that is extremely flexible to manage the complexity. In order to get the most out of the product, you will need admins to commit to learning how to configure it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    - Managing a least-privilege access model
    - Provisioning of licenses for short-term use
    - Recorded access reviews for compliance purposes
