Your cost combines three parts. First, a basic hourly usage charge applies while the service runs. Second, you pay per Web ACL you configure in WafCharm, pro-rated by the hour, so cost scales with the number of protected configurations. Third, request volume is billed per 10,000 requests across four tiers. Tier 1 covers 100K to 1M requests, Tier 2 covers 1M to 100M, Tier 3 covers 100M to 3B, and Tier 4 covers 3B and above by default. Higher tiers apply as your traffic grows, so charges scale with usage.

A Web ACL is an AWS WAF access control list you configure in WafCharm to protect a web application or resource. Each Web ACL you set up counts as one, and the charge is pro-rated by the hour based on how many you run.
No. Each tier's per-10K rate applies only to requests within that tier's range. Tier 1 covers 100K to 1M, Tier 2 covers 1M to 100M, and so on. As traffic grows, higher-tier rates apply to the added volume, not your entire request count.
You pay a basic hourly charge, a per-Web ACL hourly charge, and per-10K request charges, all on the same invoice. Request volume typically dominates for high-traffic sites. The per-Web ACL charge grows with the number of protected configurations. All charges add together.

For Entitlement Pricing, you will not be entitled to refund of such fees nor relieved of any future payment obligations for any unused portion of the Service.
