You pay per user on this contract, with rates set by two product lines and your headcount. TimeSolv Legal has three user bands: up to 4 users, 5 to 14 users, and more than 15 users. TimeSolv PRO has two bands: up to 9 users, and 10 to 25 users. Each band prices per user, so your cost scales with the number of active users you add. Pick the product line that fits your firm, then the band that matches your team size.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
You pay per active user account. Each person who logs time or uses the software counts as one user. Your band is set by how many active users you have. Inactive accounts do not add to your count.
Your rate is set by your total active user count. When your headcount moves you into a different band, the per-user rate for that band applies. Bands are defined by ranges, such as 5 to 14 users or more than 15 users, so the count sets your bracket.
Both bill per active user, but they use different user bands. TimeSolv Legal has three bands covering up to 4, 5 to 14, and more than 15 users. TimeSolv PRO has two bands covering up to 9 and 10 to 25 users. Pick the line matching your firm, then the band matching your team size.
