Time Tracker by eBillity is a timekeeping application for business teams of all sizes. A simple and affordable solution for capturing employee time to run payroll, invoice clients, and manage productivity. With flexible time tracking options and customizable settings you can easily manage your employee's hours in every situation; start a timer from any device, clock-in on arrival at work, add time in blocks using the weekly timesheet or create and share the schedule with your team.
Save time with customizable settings, reminders, and alerts (manage paid and unpaid breaks), set time rounding, remind teams to submit their time entries for approval, and notify people and managers before overtime or double time occurs.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Multiple users, the percentage of time. It helps with grant tracking for the org

I didn't like how it was hard to reinstate when I didn't use for a while

What do you like best about the product?
It it intuitive and easy to use time tracking software that is not overbloated. It does what I need it to do simply, easily and intuitively giving me the ability to record my time as I go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It works well and does what it says it will do. It is easy to use and syncs with Xero seamlessly

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a great place to keep track of all employees’ time worked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found any real downsides so far, but I would like a way to ensure staff can’t submit an incomplete entry for approval.

It enables us to allocate time worked across different grants for our non-profit agency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple Time Tracker by eBillity is to use. It automates billing and turns Outlook calendar entries into billable items, taking the hassle out and making something that used to take forever a very simple task. I also appreciate its direct QuickBooks integration for invoicing and billing, and its integration with the legacy version of Outlook. Setup was super simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration with the new Outlook abysmal, and it could stand to be improved. I can't tell whether a calendar item is a Time Tracker by eBillity billable item because it doesn't change color like it does in the old Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Time Tracker by eBillity for our service technicians and billable time across the organization. It makes it easy to turn Outlook calendar entries into billable items, automates billing, and integrates with QuickBooks for invoicing, taking the hassle out of a task that used to take forever.

What do you like best about the product?
eBillity is one of the few time trackers that allows us to use it in the way that we need within our company. We use it to track time worked across our company and to be able to break that data down into where time was spent and how much time is being spent in those categories of work. I really enjoy the Daily Timesheets option where you are able to start a timer and view all of your "in progress" timers so that you can start and stop and move between timers more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the cleanest user experience. Especially on the backend admin side. And there are glitches that occur periodically. eBillity has made improvements slowly over the years though which is appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to track time worked across our company and break that time tracked to different categories. We can then run reports and download a csv file to then be able to analyze the data on our end.
