Mindex Advanced Analytics is a powerful data visualization platform that empowers K-12 and higher education organizations by transforming raw student data into clear, actionable insights. By leveraging advanced analytics and generative AI, the platform helps districts drive systematic improvements in student outcomes. Its intuitive design saves educators and administrators valuable time and makes data-driven decision-making accessible to everyone on campus.
The platform's core is its flexible dashboarding capability, featuring a suite of pre-built dashboards for at-a-glance insights into discipline, attendance, grades, and assessments. For unique requirements, authorized authors can easily create custom dashboards, pulling data from the district's Student Information System (SIS) and other third-party sources to build a holistic view of student performance. To foster collaboration and shared expertise, Mindex also connects these authors with their peers through an actively managed community of practice.
Beyond visualization, generative AI empowers educators with advanced tools. Users can ask questions of their data in plain English to receive instant answers through dashboard Q&A, or use the Scenarios feature to model "what-if" situations and predict potential outcomes. The AI can also create compelling "data stories" and executive summaries, transforming complex insights into easily digestible narratives. These tools provide on-demand answers, predictive insights, and automated stories, empowering educators to communicate the data's meaning, recommend next steps, and drive meaningful change.
Built on a secure, scalable AWS data lake architecture, Mindex Advanced Analytics leverages the full power of AWS QuickSight. Its built-in row-level security (RLS) and column-level security (CLS) ensure proper data governance by limiting access to only the specific students and data points each role is authorized to see. These RLS, CLS, and Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities, combined with the full support of the Mindex service delivery team, make it a breeze to securely deploy analytics across your district, educational service agency, or institution at scale.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract charges a single base fee for each student. Your total cost scales with student count, so a larger enrollment means a higher fee. The price covers the standard suite of K-12 dashboards, giving you insight into areas like discipline, attendance, grades, and assessment results. There are no separate tiers or add-on dimensions to choose from. You pay one per-student rate under the contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one student for the base fee?
The fee applies per student in your district's enrollment. Each enrolled student record counts as one billable unit. Your total scales directly with the number of students you cover, so districts with larger enrollments pay proportionally more under the contract.
What do the standard K-12 dashboards included in the base fee cover?
The base fee covers dashboards for discipline, attendance, grades, and assessment results. It also includes an At-Risk (Early Warning) dashboard that combines attendance, behavior, and academic performance data. Access uses role-based filtering, so users see only records their permissions allow.
Are dashboards I build myself or third-party data imports billed separately?
No separate dimensions appear in the pricing. You pay one per-student base fee. Building custom dashboards or importing outside data files sits within the standard suite. For details on any capability not listed, contact the vendor.
