Overview
Oracle Complete 24x7 Managed Services
Reduce unplanned downtime, maintain compliance readiness, and free your team from tactical Oracle operations. IT Convergence Cloud Managed Services (CMS) provides end-to-end management of your Oracle environment - from infrastructure through application layers - so you can focus on strategic initiatives rather than day-to-day maintenance.
Service Scope
IT Convergence supports organizations across the full Oracle lifecycle including:
- Strategic guidance and solutioning for Oracle cloud and on-premises environments
- Migration and upgrades with structured methodology and risk mitigation
- Implementation services for new Oracle deployments
- Ongoing 24x7x365 operational support with proactive monitoring and incident management
Our SSAE18 SOC-1 and SOC-2 governed framework ensures that every managed environment meets rigorous security and compliance standards.
Three Flexible Engagement Models
Traditional Managed Services - A mature, premier support model featuring a 24x7 manned Service Desk, an assigned Service Delivery Manager, primary and secondary personnel assignments, and contracted SLAs for incident response and resolution.
On-Demand and Staff Augmentation - Dedicated personnel assigned globally to support your specific needs, whether ongoing operational support or project-based work activity.
As-a-Service Targeted Support - Modular services you can adopt individually or as a bundle, including:
- Backup Validation and Response
- Cloud Administration
- Nagios Enterprise Alerting
- Vulnerability Scanning and Reporting
- Quarterly Server/VM Updates and Patching
- Periodic Assessment and Health Checks
- Purge and Archive
- Endpoint Protection Services and Endpoint Detection and Response
This modular approach - similar to the Oracle SaaS Service Bundle - enables proactive issue detection and remediation with a predictable cost structure, reducing your engagement on tactical operations and accelerating recovery from incidents.
Compliance and Security Posture
IT Convergence operates within an SSAE18 SOC-1 and SOC-2 governed framework. Our managed services include vulnerability scanning, endpoint detection and response, and structured patching cycles to maintain your environment's security posture. SOC compliance scope covers our operational controls for managed service delivery.
Supported Environments
We manage Oracle environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructure, supporting organizations with global and complex footprints. Our team provides expertise across the full technology stack - from infrastructure and operating systems through middleware and Oracle applications.
How Engagement Begins

- Monitoring and alerting configuration
- Transition to steady-state operations under contracted SLAs
Buyer Responsibilities
To ensure a successful engagement, buyers should be prepared to:
