Overview
Fifer is the enterprise GenAI powerhouse built specifically for federal government operations, delivering trustworthy AI that eliminates hallucinations, ensures data security, and maintains compliance within your secure environment. Unlike commercial AI tools that can't meet federal security requirements, Fifer was designed from the ground up to work within government constraints while delivering superior performance.
Our patent-pending hallucination mitigation technology uses curated, authoritative knowledge bases separated from the LLM, ensuring every response is grounded in your agency's own documentation, not generated from the model's general training data. Fifer keeps all data within your enclave using only FedRAMP-approved services, with comprehensive NIST 800-53 Rev. 5 and FISMA High compliance built in.
The Fifer platform includes specialized modules purpose-built for federal use cases:
- FiferWORK is your unified AI teammate combining secure chat, domain-specific expert answers from curated knowledge bases, and rapid document analysis at up to 500 words per second.
- FiferCORE is the secure enterprise middleware that manages all GenAI traffic with centralized user management, full audit logging, cost monitoring, and OpenAI/Anthropic API compatibility for Bring Your Own App integrations.
- FiferAUDIT automates the Risk Management Framework and Authority to Operate process, extracting evidence, drafting implementation statements, generating SSP, SAR, POA&M, and OSCAL artifacts, and enabling continuous monitoring.
- FiferINSPECT is an AI-powered hands-free inspection platform where inspectors dictate notes and capture images through a ruggedized headset, and AI drafts compliant documentation in real time. Proven results across federal deployments include 2.1 hours saved per employee daily, 99.8% reduction in document review time, 98% reduction in contact center wait times, 300+ hours saved per ATO, and 60-90 minutes saved per inspector per day on data entry. Fifer is available on AWS Marketplace and deploys in environments up to FISMA High or DOD IL4 within your AWS.
Highlights
- Highly secure, no data leaves your AWS enclave and it only relies on infrastructure that has been approved by FedRAMP up to FISMA High impact.
- Highly accurate, by referencing your data, and only your data, when creating answers, it can be twice as accurate as a general purpose AI solution.
