    Customer Success is included with the Digibee solution. This covers development of integrations with a Digibee Squad, onboarding with Digibee CSM & workshops, Platform Certifications (instructor-led and self-paced), and continued support in mapping and design of new integrations and optimization of current architecture.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like Digibee for its ease of use and low-code approach, which makes building and managing integrations faster without writing a lot of code. The monitoring and error-handling features are very helpful and make it easy to identify and fix issues. It also scales well and provides reliable performance for integrations. The initial setup was fairly easy for our team, and the onboarding process was well structured. Digibee helped us simplify integrations, reduce development time, and improve reliability when we switched from a more traditional integration approach.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some areas of Digibee could be improved, such as better documentation for advanced use cases and more examples for complex integrations. The learning curve can be a bit steep for beginners, especially when working with custom logic. Improving the user interface performance and adding more debugging tools would also make the experience better.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Digibee to build and manage integrations between systems, simplifying API connections and data flow. It reduces complexity, saves development time, and improves integration reliability and scalability with its low-code, monitoring, and error handling features.

    Digibee includes integration components between systems (e.g., Salesforce, Power Platform), which has made projects here at Itaú Unibanco S/A promising in terms of development, speed, and quality of delivery. Thanks to the support team of Digibee IPaaS Owner: Rodrigo Robadel Martinho, Eric Espirito Santo Farias, and Alexandre Jesus Salomao.

    Digibee is a powerful integration platform that combines simplicity with scalability. Its low-code/no-code approach makes building and managing pipelines effortless, even in large enterprises. We run over 500 productive pipelines handling critical business flows, leveraging its flexibility with multiple connectors, reusable capsules, and now the ability to integrate AI agents via MCP protocol. Digibee has become a true enabler for accelerating integration and innovation across our organization.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While Digibee excels in usability and scalability, one key area for improvement is the visibility of enterprise-level metrics. For organizations running hundreds of critical pipelines, having built-in dashboards and granular performance insights is essential for governance and optimization.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Digibee resolves one of the biggest challenges in enterprise integration: connecting modern solutions with existing legacy systems. Its flexibility allows seamless adaptation to the company’s architecture, enabling integrations without heavy custom development. The platform’s simplicity and low-code/no-code approach make it accessible beyond technical teams, empowering business areas to participate in building and managing integrations. We are also excited about the upcoming capability to integrate AI agents through multiple protocols directly in pipelines whith probabilistic and deterministic flows, which will unlock even more innovation and automation possibilities.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I find Digibee easy to use and appreciate its quick execution, which significantly aids in deploying AI agents rapidly. Moreover, I value how it assists in selecting the appropriate LLMs, making the decision-making process much more efficient. I've also heard favorable feedback regarding Digibee's integration with SAP, suggesting its versatility and compatibility with other systems. Though I haven’t extensively used Digibee myself, I've heard positive remarks about its customer support, indicating a robust and helpful service team.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I find the cost of Digibee to be high, which is a concern. Additionally, I find it difficult to learn, primarily because there aren't a lot of guides available to help with understanding and using the platform effectively.
