Customer Success is included with the Digibee solution. This covers development of integrations with a Digibee Squad, onboarding with Digibee CSM & workshops, Platform Certifications (instructor-led and self-paced), and continued support in mapping and design of new integrations and optimization of current architecture.

Customer support is phenomenal. They are knowledgeable and are quick to help resolve any issues or questions that I have. They provide the knowledge to help me avoid issues in the future and provide solutions to the problem at hand. Such a great resource.
Digibee is also doing a terrific job integrating AI thoughtfully into the product. The ability to create documentation for a workflow with the press of a button is priceless. After using the feature many times, the accuracy has been spot on and most of the edits I have made are just to add a word here and there.
Management of users and roles feels a little complex and unintuitive as well. It is good that they provide a set of users and groups out of the box, but when creating my own custom configurations, it has required a bit of trial and error to get them set up correctly.
