What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Uniskai allows us to filter data with precision and drill down into specific cost areas. The recommendations are especially helpful — they translate directly into action items, like scaling certain K8s workspaces or cloud resources down to zero during periods of low activity or time off. It even helps pinpoint the optimal days and times to implement these changes and apply these changes from console.
We use it on a weekly basis, and once we receive alerts, we can easily identify cost anomalies. Whenever we need support, the team responds quickly and assigns the relevant people to help us resolve our concerns.

Some of the anomaly reports don’t fully align with the cost overview report, which makes it harder to investigate anomalies directly from that view. We’ve shared this feedback with the team, and they’ve acknowledged it and confirmed it’s being considered for future development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uniskai is helping us address the challenge of controlling and optimizing cloud costs across multiple environments. It allows us to proactively detect cost anomalies, receive timely alerts, and take action before spending gets out of hand. The ability to scale down idle or underutilized K8s resources based on usage patterns has helped us reduce waste and operate more efficiently. Additionally, the quick support from their team ensures we get clarity when needed, which is critical for maintaining financial transparency and accountability in our cloud infrastructure.

I work with Uniskai on a daily basis and highly recommend it. It’s a powerful tool that helps us monitor monthly cloud costs, generate accurate forecasts, and receive real-time alerts on anomalies. These alerts enable us to address issues immediately and avoid unnecessary charges. One of the most useful features is its ability to analyze our setup and suggest practical ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency

If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the initial learning curve, some features take a bit of time to fully grasp. Still, once you get the hang of it, Uniskai becomes an essential and highly effective.
