SQL Server 2019 Express Edition Limits
SQL Server Express is a free, entry-level edition with the following hard constraints:
- 10 GB maximum database size per database
- 1 GB maximum buffer pool RAM utilization

- Supports up to 16,384 concurrent connections (limited by available resources)
