The Netfira Platform transforms business-critical transaction documents - Purchase Orders, Invoices, or ASNs - into ERP-ready structured data. Built-in workflow orchestration, configurable business rules, and a human-in-the-loop exception interface enable enterprise teams to automate end-to-end document processing and deliver validated, structured transaction data directly into downstream systems.
Procurement, AP, sales, and supply chain teams process hundreds of inbound transaction documents every day. Order confirmations, invoices, and shipping notices arrive from trading partners across email, EDI, and supplier portals - each requiring extraction, validation against master data, and manual entry into ERP and archive systems. At scale, this creates processing delays, keying errors that surface late in the transaction lifecycle, and headcount that grows in lockstep with volume.
The Netfira Platform automates this flow end-to-end. Inbound documents are ingested from configured trading partner channels, extracted with high-accuracy AI-powered parsing, validated and matched against your reference data, and delivered as structured, ERP-ready records to one or more downstream systems. Netfira operates in the Intelligent Document Processing category - but goes significantly beyond data extraction. Business rules and validation logic are encoded directly in the platform, exception handling is surfaced through a purpose-built review interface where human judgement is genuinely needed, and structured output is reliably delivered to connected systems regardless of document variation or volume.
Key capabilities of the Netfira Platform:
Multi-channel document ingestion (email, EDI, manual upload)
AI-powered extraction across PO, order confirmation, sales order, invoice, ASN, or any other transaction document type
Configurable validation rules and reference data matching
Human-in-the-loop exception queue for edge case resolution
Structured output delivery to ERP and downstream systems via API or direct integration
Full audit trail and transaction visibility across the processing pipeline
Enterprise grade security and data management, battle-tested over 10+ years of operations
The operational impact is concrete. Documents land in the ERP within minutes of arrival. Every transaction is validated and matched before it reaches downstream systems, eliminating errors that would otherwise surface at goods receipt or invoice matching. Processing teams are alleviated from manual data entry, and can isntead spend time reviewing critical discrepancies before they hit downstream systems, or focusing on improving partner relationships.
The Netfira Platform is browser-based, cloud-hosted, and adapts to existing processes. With more than 30,000 active connections in production and over 10 years of deployment in business-critical document automation environments, Netfira delivers the reliability enterprise transaction processing demands.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You pay based on your actual usage across two independent dimensions. The first dimension charges per document workflow, meaning each document such as a PDF invoice that runs through the platform. The second charges per connected partner, meaning each active trading partner whose documents you process. These two measures add together based on your volume. As you process more documents or add more trading partners, your cost scales with that activity. There are no fixed tiers or bundles. You pay for what you use in each category.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one document workflow for billing?
A document workflow is each individual document processed through the platform, such as a PDF invoice, purchase order, or order confirmation. Every document that runs through the system counts as one workflow unit. The platform handles varied formats, so each processed file is metered separately regardless of its type.
What counts as one connected partner, and does it change if a partner sends more documents?
A connected partner is each active trading partner whose documents you process. This charge is based on the partner count, not on how many documents that partner sends. Document volume is metered separately under the document workflows dimension. So adding a partner raises the partner charge independently of their document activity.
Which dimension drives most of my cost as I grow?
The two dimensions bill independently and add together. Document workflows usually drive cost as processing volume rises, since each document is metered. Connected partners drive cost when you onboard more trading partners. High-volume relationships with few partners lean toward document charges. Many partners with light volume lean toward partner charges.
