Vendor refund policy

You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Enterprise support is available from within the Netfira Platform. To create a new support request:
- Navigate to the "Service Requests" page from the main menu
- Use the "Create new request" button to start a request
- Select a requet type, then fill out the form with the details of your request
