The LeadPilot Command Center provides an at-a-glance view of sales activity, highlighting new leads, follow-ups, pending responses, pipeline value, and key actions that need attention.
LeadPilot AI Sales Assistant with Command Center by Code Creator
Every new inquiry represents an opportunity. But when leads are scattered across inboxes, follow-ups depend on memory, and sales activity lacks visibility, potential customers slip away before anyone notices.
LeadPilot gives your business one place to capture inquiries, prepare thoughtful responses, manage follow-up, and see which opportunities are moving toward a sale. Built for business owners, salespeople, and small teams, it combines AI-assisted communication with a practical sales command center -- deployed and running in your own AWS account as an Amazon EC2 appliance.
Turn inquiries into clear next steps
Bring contact details, customer inquiries, opportunity values, notes, tasks, and conversation history into a shared workspace. AI-generated relationship briefs, lead scores, and next-action suggestions help your team understand each inquiry and decide where to focus. Spend less time reconstructing conversations and more time moving them forward.
Respond faster without giving up control
Use Amazon Bedrock or OpenAI to prepare responses grounded in your approved business information -- including services, service areas, hours, pricing guidance, policies, and tone. Draft a reply, make it shorter, adjust its tone, or prepare a follow-up. Review and edit every message before approving delivery through your SMTP provider.
Freeform AI-generated messages require human approval before sending. For repeatable outreach, approved template sequences can send automatically when explicitly enabled under your sending policy.
Make consistent follow-up part of your process
Create timed follow-up sequences and enroll appropriate leads so the next touchpoint does not depend entirely on someone remembering it. See upcoming work, review messages awaiting approval, and stop a sequence when needed. Recording a customer reply or marking an opportunity Won or Lost automatically stops its active follow-up sequence.
See your sales activity in one command center
Track new leads, responses awaiting approval, follow-ups due, open pipeline value, conversion rate, and recorded won opportunity value -- all in a single dashboard. Move opportunities through sales stages, review activity timelines, and export lead data to CSV. Give your team a clearer view of what needs attention and give owners a more useful picture of sales progress.
Run your workspace in your own AWS account
LeadPilot brings together the application, database, queue, and worker services in an Amazon EC2 appliance with first-run Owner setup and role-based team access. Amazon Bedrock integration uses the attached EC2 IAM role, avoiding the need to enter permanent AWS access keys into LeadPilot. Your data stays in your AWS account, and live AI requests are processed by your selected provider.
Who LeadPilot is built for
LeadPilot is designed for businesses that want a more organized, repeatable sales process: faster response preparation, fewer forgotten follow-ups, clearer ownership, and better visibility from first inquiry to recorded win. Whether you run a services business fielding quote requests, a consulting practice tracking inbound proposals, or any small team managing a steady flow of customer inquiries, LeadPilot provides the structure to keep every opportunity moving.
Getting started
Launch the LeadPilot AMI in your AWS account, complete the first-run Owner setup, configure your SMTP provider for email delivery, and connect Amazon Bedrock or OpenAI for AI-assisted drafting. Role-based access lets you invite team members with appropriate permissions.
Important product information: Customer replies are recorded manually; automatic inbound mailbox synchronization is not included. Revenue reporting represents won opportunity value, not payment collection. The current appliance exposes HTTP access, so administrators should restrict network access or configure an appropriate HTTPS front end for sensitive deployments. AWS infrastructure, live AI usage, and email-provider charges may apply separately.
Highlights
- Self-hosted sales workspace with full data control: Deploy LeadPilot as an EC2 appliance in your own AWS account so lead data, conversations, and pipeline details never leave your environment. Unlike SaaS outreach tools, you own the infrastructure and control access with role-based team permissions. The bundled application, database, queue, and worker services run as a single appliance with no external dependencies beyond your chosen AI and email providers.
- Human-approved AI responses powered by Amazon Bedrock or OpenAI: Every AI-generated reply, relationship brief, lead score, and next-action suggestion passes through a human approval step before delivery. This keeps your outbound communication accurate and on-brand while still accelerating response preparation. You can optionally automate approved templates for recurring scenarios while retaining override control at every stage.
- Structured follow-up sequences and pipeline visibility: Organize timed follow-up sequences so scheduled outreach is tracked and executed consistently. Monitor leads, conversations, recorded won opportunity value, and team activity from a centralized dashboard. Configurable SMTP delivery lets you send through your own email provider, maintaining sender reputation and deliverability under your direct control.
