Vendor refund policy
If Kyva fails to correct Product issues or re-perform Services within a reasonable time (up to 30 days), the buyer can terminate the Subscription within 30 days after the cure period. Kyva will then refund:
- Any prepaid fees, prorated for the unused portion of the Subscription
- Applicable service credits under Support Services or other policies
This policy applies only to warranty breaches and excludes issues caused by buyer misuse or unauthorized modifications.

Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.
Version release notes
A new magic wand icon has been added to the VA list view page under Actions, allowing users to provide natural language instructions to modify a Virtual Assistant's name, summary, instructions, or initial prompt, and after clicking Apply Changes the VA is updated instantly. This LLM-powered modification option is also available on the Create VA page and the Edit VA page, and if a user does not have permission for a particular VA, the icon appears grayed out. Virtual Assistant usage tracking has been added to the Settings page under the User section, giving users the ability to monitor total VA usage and the number of actively used Virtual Assistants. Users can view this usage data in both table view and chart view, and can export the data for further analysis or reporting purposes. All LangGraph and LangChain related versions have been updated to ensure the platform is running on the latest supported dependencies. In the File Management section, a new column called Processing Mode has been introduced, which displays whether each BrainBank file was processed using Advanced or Standard mode. When sharing a Virtual Assistant, users can now see a complete picture of who already has access, including the owner, the manager, and any individual users the VA has previously been shared with, all visible within the Share with Individual Users section. The message input box can now be expanded, allowing users to see their full input before sending, which improves clarity and reduces errors when composing longer messages. Access control for Virtual Assistants has been strengthened so that non-managers and users without edit permissions are properly restricted from making changes to a VA. When an unauthorized user attempts to edit a Virtual Assistant, the platform now displays the message "You do not have permission to edit this Virtual Assistant," clearly communicating the restriction.

We use it for a variety of purposes in all departments. For example, we use it for research, reporting, writing, planning, etc. The AI Virtual Assistants can support us in a variety of ways.
How has it helped my organization?
It saves us time, ensures data security, and protects privacy. It saves us a great deal of time by using trained VAs to accomplish a number of repeatable tasks.
What is most valuable?
It reports KPIs and results far more efficiently, QA proposals and other documents, conducts legal, HR, and compliance research, recruitment sourcing, and candidate vetting, performs sales prospecting research, meeting analysis and summarizing, and email refinement.
What needs improvement?
Kyva has been very responsive and reactive in addressing support requests or requests for new functionality.

We used a mix of AI productivity tools, such as Quillbot, Scribe, etc. We no longer need to pay for these tools because Kyva does it all and more.
