How has it helped my organization?
It saves us time, ensures data security, and protects privacy. It saves us a great deal of time by using trained VAs to accomplish a number of repeatable tasks.
What is most valuable?
It reports KPIs and results far more efficiently, QA proposals and other documents, conducts legal, HR, and compliance research, recruitment sourcing, and candidate vetting, performs sales prospecting research, meeting analysis and summarizing, and email refinement.
What needs improvement?
Kyva has been very responsive and reactive in addressing support requests or requests for new functionality.

We have used the solution for 6 months.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We used a mix of AI productivity tools, such as Quillbot, Scribe, etc. We no longer need to pay for these tools because Kyva does it all and more.

The user subscription fee is a fair price per user.
