What do you like best about the product?
The automated emails that share the key information about the teams performance. It can be difficult to stay on top of all the metrics that matter to the team, but the emails remove that cognitive load.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting up-to-speed on how to best leverage waydev took more time than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It collects and organizes the data that matters to me. It can be difficult to stay on top of all the requirements behind managing a large software team, however the automate emails with key metrics allows me to set it and forget it.

What do you like best about the product?
I found the setup process really simple. You have to connect to your git provider and Jira but it's really only a few clicks and the documentation provided was extremely clear. There are a lot of metrics you can track and you can create custom dashboards to organize them. The DORA metrics are also a great objective benchmark to compare against.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was hard to objectively determine how well the development teams, as well as individual members are performing. With Waydev we can decide on the metrics that are important for us and track team performance easily against those so we can spot immediately what needs improvement and how to approach it.

What do you like best about the product?
Waydev provides multiple data points that help technical and non technical managers better manager their engineering efforts and critical points. As a Eng manager and founder of over 15 years, I believe that data can compliment the natural skills of most Eng managers out there. Also, as a former competitor of Waydev, I can attest that this is currently the best solution out there for those looking for a solution in this space!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far though a public roadmap and more developer evangelism would be beneficial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring a remote team in the post covid era to pick up on crucial points often missed in qualitative assessments

What do you like best about the product?
Waydev has ceratinly been super helpful brining in more quantitative data to our sprint retrospectives, and my one on ones. It helps paint a better story of throughput and avoids "I'm feeling X", but rather "based on X metric...".
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a way to customized dashboards to be more specific on what you need but this is a tiny thing as the default one is fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, it's really helping provide a lot of out-of-the-box analytics on speed of output metrics and stability of output metrics, which are absolutely essential to a startup. It saves me a lot of time.
