Building a strong migration plan is essential and something we are well versed in, having a greater understanding of the interdependencies between applications will help to mitigate the risks for the migration. Once a migration plan is ready phase three can commence, where Origin8tive’s cloud certified resources working alongside your team can assist in the application design, migration, and post migration validation.     • Priority 1 Support - for production system outages, 09:00 to 17:00 (UK time), Monday to Friday coverage and 2-hour response.

    • Priority 2 Support - for non-urgent production system incidents, 09:00 to 17:00 (UK time), Monday to Friday coverage and 5-hour response.

    • Priority 3 Support for non-production support incidents, 09:00 to 17:00 (UK time), Monday to Friday coverage and 8-hour response.

    All customers are allocated an account manager.
