The xCures Platform enables real-time, electronic access to medical records sourced from virtually all US sites of care. The fully-longitudinal record sets that the tool generates are processed automatically and in real time. The platform, which was fine-tuned for research applications in oncology but operates generally agnostic to disease or therapeutic area, uses that source data to build structured, FHIR-format data assets comprising the data elements we know researchers, clinicians, and life science professionals most commonly desire to understand. All structured data is completely source-verifiable (i.e., can be traced to a clinical record).
