    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the stability of Locus as it consistently performs its tasks effectively and rarely fails. I find the Control Tower views exceptionally performant and flexible, which significantly aids my team in identifying exceptions efficiently. The task-level Root Cause Analysis (RCA) user interface is incredibly thorough, providing comprehensive insights into operational dynamics. The support team is also very professional. Their customer success team stays in touch and consults us too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locus couldn't accommodate some of our experimental requirements, such as offering on-demand booking for free phlebotomists with real-time ETA visibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Locus for real-time task assignment, optimizing phlebotomist deployment by distance. It enhances operational efficiency and provides robust control tower views and task-level RCA, making exception identification seamless.

    Planner

    Reviewed on Jun 04, 2025
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Locus is how it balances automation and flexibility. The route optimization engine significantly reduces manual planning effort, while still allowing for real-world adjustments. On top of that, the real-time tracking and visibility into driver performance help improve both efficiency and accountability across the delivery process
What do you dislike about the product?
Locus works well for structured planning, but in fast-changing situations, it could be more flexible. Sometimes it takes a few extra steps to make manual adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locus replaced manual, experience-based planning with automated, data-driven optimization. It saves time, cuts delivery costs, and gives us real-time visibility — all of which were difficult to achieve before
