    Dimensions summary

This listing has one pricing dimension: an annual platform subscription fee billed under a contract. The quoted amount is indicative, not fixed. Your actual price depends on your Scope of Work. On top of the platform subscription, you pay separate module-based license fees for the modules you select in that Scope of Work. So pricing has two parts that stack: the base annual platform fee plus per-module charges. You can subscribe to individual modules or combined packages. Because scope drives the total, you work with the vendor to define your modules and volume before finalizing the fee.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

The platform subscription is the base layer you pay yearly under contract. It gives you access to the core platform. The modules that run your operations — order management, planning, carrier, dispatch, settlement, analytics, governance — are licensed separately. So the platform fee alone does not include those module capabilities; you add them per your Scope of Work.
The platform subscription and module license fees combine into your total. Pricing scales with the volume of shipments processed through the platform rather than fixed per-user or subscription counts. Higher shipment volumes and more selected modules raise the total. Both parts appear together, defined through your Scope of Work.
Yes. You can subscribe to individual modules that meet your needs, or choose combined packages. Each module you select carries its own license fee on top of the base platform subscription. Adding modules later means added module license fees. Your Scope of Work defines which modules apply.

Easy-to-Use, Reliable Track-and-Trace with Fast SAP Integration and Excellent Support

    Reviewed on Aug 07, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, my experience with LOCUS has been very positive.

The LOCUS app is easy to use, and even new riders can quickly understand and operate it. However, the local language translation still feels slightly unnatural in some areas, so this could be improved to make the user experience even better.

The dashboard is also user-friendly and provides all the key information we need in a clear table format. It helps us measure carrier team performance more efficiently and saves a significant amount of time compared with manual tracking in spreadsheets.

The API connection performance between SAP and LOCUS is working reliably with fast speed. When an issue occurs in the API flow, we are able to check and identify it quickly, which helps support smooth daily operations.

In addition, the support team, including the service desk and key account team, has been excellent. They respond quickly to new or change requests and provide real-time progress updates, which gives us good visibility and confidence during the process.

Considering the features, reliability, support quality, and reasonable price, I strongly recommend LOCUS for companies looking for a track-and-trace service provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
The local language translation still feels slightly unnatural in some areas, so this could be improved to make the user experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been working with LOCUS for almost five years, and it has helped us improve visibility and control over our transportation operations, especially in carrier tracking.

One of the key problems LOCUS solves for us is the lack of real-time visibility of truck movements. With LOCUS, we can track the real-time location of trucks and monitor the delivery status more easily. The ETA feature is also very useful because it helps our customers know when the truck is expected to arrive. This improves communication with customers and helps reduce the need for manual follow-up.

In addition, LOCUS allows us to monitor carrier performance, especially arrival performance at our distribution centers. We can use this information to review how well carriers are performing and identify areas for improvement. The data also helps us plan and adjust warehouse operations more effectively, including manpower planning, dock scheduling, and operation lead time.

Overall, LOCUS helps us save time, improve operational visibility, support better customer communication, and make more data-driven decisions in our logistics operations.

Smart, Responsive Team That Accommodates Custom Builds

    Reviewed on Aug 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Very smart and responsive stakeholders, and very accommodating when it comes to custom builds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The development cycle is long, and it can sometimes get stuck on commercials. Because of that, very fast-paced environments tend to require more planning to keep things moving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locus helps us solve two key needs: dynamic slot planning for our fleet management, and routing with ETA updates to the customer location based on the roster.
