What do you like best about the product?

The UI/UX is very easy to understand and adapt to. Integrations have been straightforward, and working with the team has been simple, which has helped reduce implementation time. We’ve also experienced fewer failures compared to other vendors.

I have been using Locus for about a year now, and the challenges I faced have been resolved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Locus helps provide TMS capabilities such as fleet management, order scheduling, and daily delivery optimization. It also provides visibility on the ground and for management throughout execution.

What do you like best about the product?

Overall, it’s good. As part of data integration with the DMS system, it works well, and the UI also looks good. The reporting is good too, with complete data inside, along with the routes.

What do you dislike about the product?

So far, there’s been no challenge in the portal; it’s been good.

I use it for route optimization and for daily planning of routes and deliveries across multiple regions.

Locus helps solve the complexity of daily delivery planning, even when there are many constraints and on-the-ground challenges, by providing dashboards that are easy to use.

It has been improving over the past few years, and I haven’t run into any problems so far.

It optimizes our deliveries based on working hours, service time, and vehicle capacity. This tool has helped us deliver more orders while keeping the vehicle count the same.

It has improved cost efficiency and made day-to-day planning easier and more effective.

What do you like best about the product?

We use Locus for last-mile fulfillment and optimization. It gives us optimized delivery routes, helps serve retailer orders that are usually out of schedule, and has helped reduce the number of vehicles and the size of our secondary fleet. I find the interface easy to use and convenient. Even across distributors in different parts of Pakistan with different levels of digital adoption, people can operate the system and get simple, actionable insights from the portal. Locus also helps optimize our existing fleet and gives recommendations on what could be improved, including new features and capabilities. The team is supportive and helps troubleshoot issues. The technical setup was simple and not too complicated.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think adding more machine learning and artificial intelligence would be a one-up. The bigger challenge during setup was change management and convincing the downstream teams who became the end users; the technical setup wasn’t too complicated.

Locus helps us move beyond our old one-DSR-to-one-delivery-person setup with optimized routes. It lets us serve retailer orders that are usually out of schedule and saves costs by reducing the vehicles and secondary fleet we use.

What I like best about Locus is the visibility and efficiency it brings to our daily operations. The automated integration with SAP/OTM eliminates the need for manual order uploads in most scenarios, saving time and reducing the risk of errors. The platform makes it easier to monitor deliveries, manage exceptions, and optimize routes, allowing our team to respond faster and serve customers more effectively. It has become a valuable tool in improving both productivity and operational performance.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't have any major concerns with Locus. It has been a valuable tool in our day-to-day operations, especially in improving visibility, supporting route planning, and helping teams manage deliveries more efficiently. The integration with our existing systems and the availability of real-time information have made the process smoother and more effective overall.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Locus, managing transportation activities required more manual coordination and tracking across multiple tools. With Locus, orders are integrated directly from SAP/OTM, providing better visibility of deliveries, routes, and exceptions in a single platform. This has helped our team respond more quickly to issues, improve planning efficiency, and reduce the time spent on manual monitoring. The ability to track execution in near real time has also improved operational control and supported more reliable service to customers.

What do you like best about the product?

Locus TMS tool has become central to our daily delivery operations. It has clearly improved our on-time delivery performance, increased stops per vehicle, and reduced distance, fuel, and cost per delivery. Route planning is faster, vehicle capacity is better used, and first-attempt success is higher. Real, visible impact on efficiency and customer experience.

What do you dislike about the product?

Adding more flexible real-time re-routing for last-minute order changes, plus customizable KPI dashboards and reports, would make Locus TMS tool even more powerful for daily operations.

What do you like best about the product?

One of the key strengths of Locus was its flexibility in aligning with our business processes. Instead of requiring process changes, the platform provided configurable custom fields, planning rules, and workflow settings that allowed us to customize the solution to fit our needs. Integrating Locus with ERP and other enterprise systems was efficient, and its API framework made connectivity simple. For specialized requirements, the team was proactive in working with us to deliver tailored solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?

I like having an AI chatbot that can provide custom reports or help me search for different items within the application which currently is being developed and not in use

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Locus helps optimize deliveries for distribution by saving fuel, reducing vehicle and helper costs, and ensuring lower CO2 emissions through route optimization. In turn, this strengthens the bottom line and helps me deliver meaningful savings to the business.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how Locus brings different parts of the transportation workflow into one platform. Various Model of Route planning, dispatch, allocation, and delivery visibility are much easier to manage when the information is available in one place. It is also very easy to create and assign routes for vehicles, which helps reduce manual effort for the operations team. The ability to view key operational insights and performance metrics in one place makes it easier to monitor execution, identify issues, and respond quickly to changes.

What do you dislike about the product?

Since Locus offers a wide range of features, it can take some time for new users to get familiar with the navigation. Some screens could be made more intuitive, with simpler navigation and more flexibility to customize dashboards and insights. This would make it easier to quickly find the required information, especially when managing multiple operations or markets. Also since it deals with a lot of data, some screens take a lot of time to load.

Locus helps us manage our transportation operations in a much more structured way. It makes it easy to create and assign routes for vehicles, manage dispatch and allocation, and track execution from one platform. Having operational insights and performance information available in one place reduces the need for manual tracking and makes it easier to identify issues and take action quickly. Overall, it helps us save time and cost and manage day-to-day logistics operations more efficiently.

It helps me increase adoption of the platform, easy to operate dashboard, with simple clean ui/ux
