What do you like best about the product?
How easy it makes the Audit process. I would not have known where to start on my own, but Scytale makes it easy and achievable for my small team. Additionally, having a dedicated 1-on-1 support person is fantastic. Stephan has helped guide us on what to focus on and where to spend our efforts most efficiently. It has been an incredible experience, making the audit so much easier. I was also impressed by the number of integrations Scytale has and how easy it was to set them up. This makes it so nice for easily gathering evidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my integrations did not work right off the bat and needed some fine-tuning to hit all of my subscriptions in a specific Azure tool. Others gathered all my subscriptions at once, but others took tweaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing where to start and what things matter for my SOC2 audit. We have never been through one and I dont think I would know where to start or what to do without Scytale.

A few integrations we'd like aren't yet available, expanding those would make things even more seamless.
