The sales meetings were helpful and informative. Platform is easy to use, with abundant integrations. Consultants are pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

Can't think of much. There were time delays, but they were mostly caused by our side.

The platform’s intuitive dashboard and continuous monitoring features made compliance management more proactive and less time-consuming.
However, the real game-changer was the inclusion of expert consulting services. Ronan Grobler, our assigned consultant, was outstanding—his deep knowledge of HIPAA, hands-on guidance, and strategic approach made all the difference. He not only helped us navigate risk assessments, and gap analysis but also tailored recommendations to our specific healthtech needs. Having this level of personalized expertise alongside the platform was a huge advantage that set Scytale apart from other compliance solutions.
Another major benefit was the pricing structure, which was actually lower than competitors who don’t even include dedicated consulting. The combination of an advanced compliance platform with expert guidance made Scytale a cost-effective and highly valuable solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
onestly, not much to comment here. The platform works well, and the support team is excellent. If anything, there are some minor UX/UI areas that could be slightly refined for an even smoother experience, but nothing that significantly impacts functionality or value.

Scytale has significantly streamlined the process of achieving HIPAA compliance for Health Data Works. The most valuable aspect is the inclusion of expert consulting—our consultant, Ronan, provided hands-on guidance, making complex regulatory requirements easier to navigate. Additionally, Scytale's pricing is more competitive than other solutions that don’t include dedicated consulting, making it a cost-effective choice. This has saved us both time and resources while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Given our positive experience with HIPAA compliance, we also plan to use Scytale for SOC 2 and other similar compliance frameworks in the future. Having a unified platform for multiple compliance needs will be a major advantage as we scale.

Enjoyable, smooth
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and integrates with a lot of the processes we have set up. high touch customer support and high reply rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is still a lot of work, and time consuming, but i guess this soc2 process is like that in nature.

i don't want to deal with the soc2 audit, and know nothing of the process.

The platform is excellent but the people who help manage customers through the process are exceptional

Could have completely all inclusive packages (less Ala carte)

Excellent. Has without doubt enabled us to progress ISO27001 with minimal difficulty.

The main attraction was the constant moitoring and connections to other services. It has turned out to be easier to use than we hoped and implementing the features that we required was simple, straight forward and quick.

Enabling us to progress to ISO27001 with no previous experience of any audits in the company. Without doubt this would not be possible without Scytale
Scytale simplifies and clarifies Our SOC 2 compliance process
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is working with the Scytale team. They are responsive, informative, and extremely helpful. We have weekly catch-ups to discuss our progress on SOC 2 compliance. Scytale’s user-friendly application also guides us through our tasks and the next steps of the process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale is guiding us through the SOC 2 compliance process. Together, we identify gaps, establish the appropriate security workflows and tools, and create the audit schedule. The majority of audit evidence is automatically collected by the Scytale application, significantly reducing manual effort. Without Scytale's support, preparing for the audit would have been considerably more challenging.
