The availability of the team for the issue and their response for the same!
Dashboard provided by Scytale covers so many things which actually helps to self check on the process followed by the team

What do you dislike about the product?

Dislike is a strong word but suggestion will be the technical glitches on the platform-like forgot password, uploading evidence, Synchronization, smoothness etc. There is a room for an improvement

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most important having ISO certification was a too complicated problem for me and how to make a plan for it.. was a big hurdle for my team and Scytale has given me a proper - well directed path for it

What do you like best about the product?

The platform is genuinely intuitive, and the team is amazing. They’re very patient and took the time to guide us through the whole process.

What do you dislike about the product?

In one of your audits, the team changed several times. This extended the overall process and caused a lot of information to be lost along the way.

ISO, SOC 2 audit and GDPR compliance

What do you like best about the product?

Ashna Jeeva is the best. Great service and great support.

What do you dislike about the product?

PT test wasn’t managed properly. They didn’t communicate in time about what they needed, and the re-evaluation process wasn’t clear. They also expected me to click buttons without any explanation or reason.

What do you like best about the product?

I like working with the very nice security engineers at Scytale, and I find the UX experience beneficial. Scytale makes the complicated SOC 2 auditing easier for me. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the integrations to different platforms could be improved, they're lacking a few important ones like Azure.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scytale simplifies evidence collection, integrations, and auditing for SOC 2 Type II and GDPR. It makes SOC 2 auditing easier with great security engineers and a good UX experience.

What do you like best about the product?

Scytale made our ISO compliance process much more organized and easier to manage. The platform provides clear guidance, keeps all compliance tasks in one place, and makes it easy to track progress and evidence. It saved us significant time compared to managing everything manually, and the overall experience has been smooth from onboarding through the audit process.

What do you dislike about the product?

Overall, the experience was very positive. My main suggestion would be to improve the UI in some areas, as it can occasionally take a few clicks to find the right section. Better search and navigation would make day-to-day work even smoother.

Scytale helped us centralize and simplify our ISO compliance process. Instead of managing policies, evidence, and audit tasks across multiple tools, everything is organized in one place with clear guidance on what needs to be done. It reduced the time spent preparing for audits, improved visibility into our compliance status, and made it much easier for the team to stay on track.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciated having an advisor assigned to each customer. I also liked the automation for evidence tracking and uploading, as well as the smooth interface for working with the auditors.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not enough flexibility in turning off controls or removing some checks from the automated evidence.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate Scytale for its ability to automate evidence collection for our certifications, drastically reducing our compliance preparation time. The platform eliminates the compliance time drain, saving us hundreds of hours and allowing our team to focus on building our product. Scytale integrates directly with our tech stack, automatically collecting evidence without manual effort. I really like the combination of an incredibly convenient platform and a professional team. The software removes the headache of compliance through automation, and their compliance experts are always responsive, knowledgeable, and ready to assist us during audits. Also, the initial setup was super easy.

I use Scytale to automate compliance, eliminate time drains, and keep us audit-ready quickly, saving hundreds of hours for product development.

What do you like best about the product?

The platform is easy to use and adaptable, even for users who aren’t very familiar with compliance requirements, making it straightforward to reach the certification objective. The support from our GRC consultant, Nicole Alvaro, was very useful and rapid.

What do you dislike about the product?

There were a few bugs with the custom integrations, but the support team and the consultant were always available and present, doing their best to resolve the issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scytale is simplifying the way we work toward international certifications. Some of them might be easier to achieve, but others—like SOC 2 Type II—are very tricky and demanding. Having a tool that guides you step by step makes the whole process much easier to manage and more achievable within a reasonable timeframe.

A few of the automatic evidence collections had to be fixed, but were fixed by the team.

What I like most is the combination of a clear, user-friendly platform and the expert guidance from our consultant Ashna. The software makes the ISO 27001 process much easier to understand and manage. It gives us a clear overview of what needs to be done, helps us track progress, and reduces the complexity of managing compliance requirements manually. Ashna provides practical advice, quick responses, and reassurance throughout the journey. Her guidance made a real difference during specific ISO 27001 steps. That saved us time, reduced uncertainty, and helped us keep momentum toward certification. The initial setup was structured and clear for our team. Since this was our first ISO 27001 certification process, having a guided setup helped us understand where to start and what needed to be done. It also helps centralize the ISO 27001 compliance process while working with the internal tools and documentation workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?

One area for improvement is that some of the steps and requirements in the platform could be even more intuitive for first-time users. At times, we still needed guidance to understand exactly what was expected or how to best complete certain items. One example is the evidence collection step. For first-time users, it was not always immediately clear what level of detail was expected.
