What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate how Scytale makes the very complicated process of SOC 2 and ISO compliance much easier. I also like how supportive the team is, particularly Romy Spencer, who was incredibly patient and helpful, making the entire flow smooth and straightforward. Additionally, their integration with AWS was a very good way to streamline the process. The initial setup was pretty easy for my team of about ten people, making the use of Scytale mandatory and very helpful due to our limited manpower.

What do you dislike about the product?

I initially found the AWS integration with Scytale was not working well, but after some time and asking them to help, it got better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Scytale to simplify the complex process of SOC 2 and ISO compliance, making it much easier. They are very supportive, especially Romy Spencer, who ensures the process flows smoothly. With our small team, Scytale is mandatory and very helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used Scytale to support our SOC compliance program and found the platform extremely valuable for organizing evidence, managing controls, and maintaining audit readiness throughout the year. What stood out most was having a centralized location for policies, evidence, tasks, and auditor requests, which reduced the amount of manual coordination required across teams.

What do you like best about the product?

I used Scytale to achieve compliance with SOC 2 and ISO. They were really helpful and supportive throughout the process, always checking in and making sure we stayed on track. I felt like they were genuinely caring and supportive, not just treating us like a number. I especially appreciated Nir's assistance, as Scytale was very effective for our process.

What do you dislike about the product?

We started working with their AI but midway it stopped, luckily Nir was there to pick up the slack. I wish their AI had more usage, like renewal usage maybe per day or per week, sometimes we were waiting for Scytale to check things , that the AI can do in less than a minute.

We’ve had a great experience working with Scytale as we’ve prepared for SOC 2. The platform has helped us organize the compliance process into clear, manageable steps, and the team has been responsive whenever we’ve had questions.

I use Scytale for ISO and SOC2, and I find that it solves the problem of understanding what auditors want to see, which is really helpful. I like that it helps me do things faster and easier. One of the most valuable aspects is the wonderful support I received from Romy Spencer. She was great, very helpful, available all the time, and provided clear instructions. The platform also has many integrations that are beneficial for both our internal and external systems. I think the integrations are pretty good. Overall, I pretty much liked the process and found the initial setup was pretty easy. I appreciate the team's work and the platform's capabilities. I would highly recommend using Scytale, and I've already recommended it to many colleagues.

Scytale solves the problem of understanding what auditors want to see. It helps us do it faster and easier, with valuable integrations that aid both internal and external systems.

What do you like best about the product?

The Scytale platform made it much easier for us to manage our compliance requirements, and map our evidence and policies across a complex array of of controls. Piecing the puzzle together would have been so much more difficult without it.

On the support side, Caitlin was amazingly responsive and helpful to work with, giving us timely guidance and help whenever we needed it.

What do you dislike about the product?

We did experience the odd bug or two on the platform where occasionally some evidence wouldn't get synced between controls. These were quickly resolved by Scytale's support team or patched in the product itself, so really nothing major to gripe about.

Compliance is complex. It's a multi-headed beast, and working out what applies to your business specifically and what compliance looks for you can feel like playing minesweeper. Scytale gave us a clear roadmap of steps that allowed us to eat the metaphorical elephant efficiently.

That there is always someone there that you can ask questions to.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is difficult sometimes to log in to the tool.

It allowed us to get ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance.

An easy way, with a great UI, to handle hard tasks with real human support. The integrations and automation save me time and make the whole process smoother.

What do you like best about the product?

Using Scytale has streamlined the time we spend preparing and documenting controls for our SOC I and SOC II audits. The support from our GRC Manager, Marené Buitendag, was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only challenge I ran into was related to differences between our previous auditor’s processes and Scytale’s processes. That’s normal and to be expected when switching providers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scytale helps solve issues around consistency and process by continuously addressing controls on an ongoing basis and reducing the heavy lift of preparing for audits each year. This is especially important for organizations like ours with smaller headcounts to support these functions.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciated the way they accompanied us throughout the process. The timeline was respected, and overall the communication and guidance were great.

Nothing major. There's a small learning curve at the start, but the team's guidance made it easy to get past.
