Great Compliance Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale allowed us to comply with ISO27001 standarts, manage risks and implement security measures and policies with ease. Their integrated platform provides fundamental tools required for maintaining a good cybersecurity posture.
For the ISO certification process, its easy to track the compliance status, pending actions and assing tasks to relevant owners.
The customer support is great, and their professional services excel at helping you effectively. We have worked with Ronan, and he has been fantastic on understanding our neccesities and helping to speed up the certification process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some tasks cannot be automated, or only support integrations with a few platforms. Having an integration with a general platform like Zapier could help the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to become ISO27001 certified, and Scytale helped us with their platform and expertise in the field.

Great Customer Service!
What do you like best about the product?
Our experience for SOC 2 compliance has been great, largely due to their outstanding customer service and support. From the very beginning Oron and Netta demonstrated a commitment to helping us succeed in our compliance journey. Most notable was their promptness and responsiveness. Whenever we had a question or encountered an issue, they were quick to respond, often within 24 hours, even with the time difference. This level of attentiveness made us feel valued and ensured that our compliance process stayed on track without unnecessary delays.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't feel like I would have been able to understand all of the requirements around evidence or documentation without the help of a dedicated team. I think there could be some improvements around making the platform easier to navigate and understand for individuals looking to self-service.

I use the platform on daily basis to keep track of things and it's really helped me feel a lot more comfortable for our upcoming audit.
Another great feature is how easy it is to integrate Scytale with our other SaaS applications for automatic evidence collection.

I haven't found any major dislikes so far. Some improvements on filtering could be investigated but it's not a major thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale really helps us keep track of the controls within each of the security compliance frameworks we adhere to, and makes it really easy to see which controls we are performing well, and which controls may need some attention. It makes it so easy to pull evidence together and keep it in a really organized manner. Trying to manage compliance with excel spreadsheets is just not possible anymore - Scytale solves that really well.

The platform was straightforward to navigate and easy to use. Its ability to integrate with various cloud platforms, source control solutions, and ticket systems significantly streamlined the process of collecting evidence for controls, saving a lot of time and effort.
One of the standout features of Scytale is its transparent and clear progress tracking for evidencing all controls required for audits. This made it much easier to understand the status and what still needed to be addressed. Additionally, the user access review tool worked quite well, adding to the overall effectiveness of the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no real dislikes at the moment. One possible improvement could be enhancing the communication with the auditor on the platform, but this is not a deal breaker by any means.

They provided us with a platform to centrally manage the audit, allowing us to see the progress in one place. Additionally, the integrations they have set up significantly speed up the evidence collection process.
Great SW for compliance management, amazing service throughout the process
What do you like best about the product?
Using the platform saves us a lot of time collecting evidence and going through the audit process. Most of the information is automatically gathered into Scytale, and with their great Customer Success Manager (CSM), our audits become much simpler.

In general, all compliance processes are working smoothly. We would be happy to manage more related processes on the same platform. I know some features are already available (like user access reviews), but ideally, the platform will cover most of the GRC world

Automating the audit process, saving hours of evidence collection as well as helping us throughout the audit itself. No need to get an assitance of external consultants.

Access and order everything that needs to be uploaded to get a SOC2 certificate, she does it in the best way
The end to annoying endless spreadsheets!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm so happy that we've stopped using use annoying spreadsheets! I like that we have a bird's eye view of each of our compliance processes, a clear list of tasks and dashboard to be able to follow up on everything. The main reason (for me) to have moved to such a platform is to create an organized central repostory of all things compliance, understand what still lacks and add it easily.
We acheived that completely with Scytale's dashboards for each compliance process, with their ready-made policies that can be tweaked for our use.
Scytale's (professional services) full guidance of the process with the auditors was clear, concise and most important - successful. We understood where we were in the process as all times, what was needed of us, and how to achieve that. All our questions were answered in a timely manner, every concern was demystified and we felt that the process was transparent and collaborative.

Some of the people-related tasks are still not automated, and can't be edited directly on the platform (you need to upload new files each time to implement changes). I would like to see a signature platform embedded within the platform to get employees' signatures on relevant documents documented directly within the platform.

(1) a centralized location for all our compliance work
(2) an automated solution for all the compliance that can be automated
(3) guiding and steering our compliance audits
These three main issues were completely solved and handled by the platform and professional team that was assigned to us. The platform automated some of our compliance needs (not all, and that's a point for improvement) , became a central repository for our compliance journey, which was 100% clearly guided by the Scytale professional team.

Made compliance easier
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Scytale from day 1. The system helps me with collecting all the documentation needed and make all the necessairy steps to sty compliant. I feel like I have a partner in the process.

I have been with Scytale from their beginning, they are adding more and more features but for now I want to be able to assign owners and followers to tasks and potentially even connect to JIRA/ASANA
