Streamlined Audits with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
We use Scytale for audits and other compliance frameworks, and it provides a comprehensive overview of the requirements and items that we need to submit. It makes it easier for us to follow up on all compliance requirements, including uploading evidence and tracking outstanding items, ensuring we don't drop anything off the table. We feel safe going into an audit without having to worry. The platform is very straightforward, and the UI is fantastic. The consultancy process is really good, with very responsive, fast, and friendly service. We worked with Ashna Jeeva who is a great partner. Overall, it's just really simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about at this stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale provides a comprehensive overview of requirements, streamlining follow-ups on compliance items and tracking outstanding issues, ensuring nothing is missed. It makes audits worry-free with an easy evidence upload process. Usually it'd be a really tedious and error-prone process via infinite Excel tables and folders.

It helped me gain knowledge about the certification and build discipline for the tedious process of collecting evidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard required some manual effort in the background to accurately reflect the actual progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear interpretation of certification requirements, an overview of common auditing pitfalls, and guidance on creating the discipline needed to achieve certification as quickly as possible through an effective process.

We had an excellent experience working with the Scytale team throughout our ISO certification journey. The whole process was marked by a high level of professionalism, clear guidance, and well-defined timelines that kept the entire process structured and efficient.

Scytale helped us go through the ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR certification processes. It’s a very convenient platform that streamlines the work and makes the overall process easier to manage. The service we received from Scytale exceeded our expectations. Going through these processes without Scytale guidance and support would be extremely complicated and time consuming.

The structural approach to the client. In case of something is not working they are happy to change the workflow. Clear communication with our manager Romy Spencer.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the initial stage, there was no clear vision regarding the scope of work or the project phases. However, the situation improved after a detailed discussion with Romy, which helped align expectations and clarify the direction

Our goal is to demonstrate and validate a high level of expertise and well-established processes in the IT domain. Achieving this certification will enable us to access new clients and expand into additional markets and opportunities.
Intuitive Interface Accelerates SOC 2 Certification
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Scytale's intuitive interface, which makes it easier for me to navigate the system. The team, led by Kamran, we're working with is super helpful, as they assist us in understanding the process and resolving issues, rather than just pointing them out. This support speeds up the certification process significantly, bringing an activity that could take months or even years down to something manageable in around six months. It's a big time-saver.

I use Scytale's automated AI interface to integrate with existing systems and pull data, replacing manual processes. It helps streamline SOC 2 certification efforts from years down to months by resolving issues effectively.
Effective, Audit-Approved Software That Gets the Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
The software could be improved upon imho, especially with the AI integrations and document layouts, but it does the job effectively, and was praised by the auditors who used it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a little clunky, and things aren't always obviously placed - but thats a small complaint as you learn these things when onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale helped us through the entire ISO27001 certification process, ensuring we had help throughout - even during the audit itself and afterwards.
