Exceptional Service and Efficiency from Day One
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale understood our needs from 1st meeting and was extremely helpful andefficient. Implementation was easy and the instructions was super clear. Nicole Alvaro has been super helpful, she has guided trough everything and been available whenever any questions raised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The only thing I can think of regarding improvements was the forms I had to fill in - it had questions about MacOS while I am a Windows user. Nothing to even mention but this form force me to write something

What do you like best about the product?
Working with the Scytale team was a fantastic experience - they are very knowledgeable about the product and audits, and very quick to assist with any questions we had.

What do you dislike about the product?
The system is sometimes very slow (not my internet, other users had similar issues), and sometimes the system did not work altogether - an issue on their backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale assisted us in gaining our SOC2 Type 2 and ISO27001 certifications.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Scytale because it is immensely beneficial for maintaining ISO and SOC compliance, enhancing our ability to navigate through audits with ease and full visibility. The system is intuitive and user-friendly, allowing us to clearly understand our tasks and monitor our progress towards completion. Additionally, I appreciate how all necessary information is centralized in one location, making it abundantly clear what is required for audits. The initial setup was easy, which further adds to its convenience. Our representative from Scytale was outstanding in guiding us through the audits for ISO and SOC compliance. She made the entire process smooth and efficient, providing clear direction and continuous support. We’re very happy with her professionalism and the results we achieved. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the minor bugs in the UI, which could be improved for a smoother experience.

I use Scytale for ISO and SOC compliance, which helps us go through audits easily with full visibility by centralizing information. It is intuitive, making it clear what tasks are necessary for the audit.
Outstanding Support and User-Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Our representative, Laura Quan, did an outstanding job guiding us through the process and helping us stay on track. Although the platform has a few quirks, it becomes very easy to use once you are familiar with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic integrations offer very limited configuration options, making them feel like an all-or-nothing solution. It would be helpful to have the ability to set exclusions for cases where the automatic evidence collection is inaccurate. It's frustrating to watch a control switch from pass to fail every time the automated processes run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering all the policies and evidence into one location so that all members of the team, whether executive or technical can be active in the compliance process.

I really appreciate how Scytale structures the ISO audit process, making it straightforward to navigate through all the necessary items. It simplifies managing policies and updating them on the platform. The way Scytale connects control items with policies is very helpful, allowing me to trace and connect different items easily. This feature makes the process of ensuring compliance seamless and efficient. The platform provides clear descriptions for providing evidence, which avoids any ambiguity about what needs to be done. Additionally, the ability to allocate items to different owners and change due dates is incredibly useful for managing responsibilities and timelines effectively. Overall, the structured approach of Scytale makes auditing less daunting and more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that there is no preview feature for uploaded evidence in Scytale. It requires me to download files each time to check their content, which is inefficient, especially when trying to ensure that current uploads are structured similarly to previous ones. A preview functionality would significantly enhance the usability and efficiency of handling documents on the platform.

I use Scytale for structured ISO audits, making it easy to allocate responsibilities, update policies, and provide clear evidence, improving compliance traceability.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Scytale's excellent customer understanding and the support they provide. Whenever it's challenging to determine the required documentation for SOC2 and HIPAA certificates, the Scytale team is always ready to assist and clarify what auditors require. Their readiness to help at any time and the speed at which they provide the necessary information is impressive. I find the information they give to be clear and easy to understand, which significantly simplifies my audit processes. Furthermore, they were immensely supportive during the initial setup, which made the transition smooth. The interface of Scytale is very clear and user-friendly, contributing to its intuitive use. Overall, everything works well with Scytale, and I am highly satisfied with their service, recommending it with a perfect score of 10.

Scytale as first audits for a new startup
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale is a very likeable company. The personal are great, starting from Matan as the sales which we talked over a year with and kept Scytale in my mind, to Oliver as our dedicated audit advisor.
The integrations are very easy to set up and did help set up a lot of controls.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although the integrations and Scytale app doing some of the heavy lifting to us, the app still was kind of hard to understand at the beginning, even with the go through with the advisor, but in the end it was understandable.
The hardest part for a new startup to start audits with Scytale is that they need to create a lot of the processes (specifically in ISO for us) like onboarding and incident procedures, and they weren't very clear on how to do it.
I believe that having on each policy examples of how they need to be done with pictures or templates (like the one in the incident template) will help make this easier.

Starting from being a first time founder, having little idea about the process of ISO and how to pass it, Scytale having an easy platform to manage that, connections to external audits for faster complience and generally can guide us through it due to us not having a lot of time to invest into this.
