Great guidance during the ISO 27001 certification process
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale is a highly effective platform for us in the process of ISO 27001 certification. Its focus on automation, centralized management, expert support, and continuous monitoring significantly streamlined the process, saved time and resources, and lead to an efficient and less burdensome path to achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 compliance.
It was wonderful to have Laura's support throughout our ISO 27001 journey. Her contributions were truly invaluable and added significant value to our process.

A Seamless Solution for Cloud Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale makes compliance effortless with its automation features and user-friendly interface. Mischa Boddenberg has been such a great support. His insights provide clear and valuable perspectives on DORA compliance and we couldn't navigate this without him.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot say there is anything I dislike about Scytale.

It simplifies frameworks like DORA, saving time and minimizing errors.

it took me a while to get familiar with the software and get used to working with it, but once I did, it was very efficient.
At times, files wouldn’t upload to the system due to a small deviation on my part from the requirements, and sometimes it took a lot of time to identify the issue and fix it. However, most of the time, there were no problems.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once you understand how to use the software, it is very user-friendly and maps out everything needed to pass the audit. Additionally, the team was always available for questions.

need more support on IDPs for Single Sign On.

Continuous compliance check, centralized location for evidence gathering - very helpful with audits and compliance.

Going through the audit and providing evidence without scytale would have been super time consuming, scytale’s platform and personal care (Oron Nachmany) was essential to us and our schedules and made sure we are all align and didn’t miss any audit factor
Helpful platform for DORA compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale has made the DORA compliance process much easier to manage. The platform is well-structured and keeps everything organized step by step. What really stands out is the personal support — Mischa Boddenberg has been extremely helpful, always responsive and clear in guiding us through the requirements.

So far, we’ve had a very positive experience. The platform works as expected and the team has been great to work with — nothing to dislike at this stage.

Scytale is helping us navigate the complex requirements of DORA compliance. As a crypto platform, we needed a structured way to manage documentation, controls, and risk assessments — all in one place. The platform saves us time, keeps us on track, and gives us the confidence that we’re meeting regulatory expectations efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Scytale has a fairly competitive offer, an industry-standard dashboard/ control-center and absolutely amazing customer support in the form of a dedicated in-house advisor. Integrations/ connections covered quite a bit of our external tooling and their AWS connectors, in particular, are quite easy to use. Our advisor was Mischa Boddenberg and he goes above and beyond with help and examples for various less-than-obvious controls as well as third party recommendations and overall guidance.
The dashboard is well structured as is the task list, org screen and customization support. Our company setup is fairly complex but Scytale has offered guidance and customized support to make it work.
All in all, would highly recommend.

What do you dislike about the product?
We started our business relationship with Scytale while they were in the middle of a modernization/ streamlining push for their dashboard. Some minor issues arose but we were notified long before rollout and overall it was a smooth transition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're running through our DORA certification. The legislation is fairly stuffy and Scytale is untangling it with a task/ control structured approach and hands-on advisor(s).

I used to go over soc2 auditing on my own, what a nightmare!

nothing, really enjoyed the process and everything was clear

Getting soc2 audit on my own was a nightmare both my CTO and me were terrified of each year. using Scytale mitigated that fear.

Review of Scytale as an enabler for our roadmap to ISO certification
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations provided by Scytale allows for easily connecting the majority of our systems for easily accessing the necessary data for achieving ISO compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately some integrations don't allow to filter incoming data at a connection level, which makes it difficult to ensure only relevant data is pulled into Scytale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a consolidated view of our systems and the action items that should be performed to maintain ISO compliance status.
