Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Security Flow uses a contract pricing model built around plug-in instances, the connectors that link the platform to your security and IT products. You pick a license based on how many plug-in instances you plan to run. The Standard License lets you run up to five plug-in instances at once. The Professional License removes that cap and allows unlimited plug-in instances. The Demo License gives you a 30-day free trial to evaluate the product before committing. These are separate options, not stacking add-ons, so you choose the one matching your deployment scale.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one plug-in instance for the Standard and Professional License limits?
A plug-in instance is a running connector that links Security Flow to a security or IT product or service. Each plug-in provides nodes used to update or retrieve information from that product. Every active instance counts toward your license limit. The Standard License caps you at five running at once.
What happens if I reach the five-instance cap on the Standard License?
The Standard License allows up to five running plug-in instances at one time. To run more connectors simultaneously, you move to the Professional License, which removes the cap and permits unlimited plug-in instances. This is a license choice, not an automatic overage charge. You select the license matching your deployment scale.
Does the plug-in instance limit restrict which security products I can integrate?
No. The limit counts how many plug-in instances run at once, not which integrations are available. Security Flow supports connectors for web gateways, email security, endpoint systems, SIEM, firewalls, ticketing, and threat intelligence. The Standard License limits concurrent running instances to five; the Professional License lets you run any number.
