1Password Device Trust helps organizations secure devices and achieve compliance requirements by enabling employees to self-remediate device health issues before accessing work applications. 1Password Device Trust is available in two powerful versions to fit the needs of your business: Device Trust Core and Device Trust Connect.

    • Device Compliance: Enables domain-based device compliance enforcement by blocking access to web apps if a device fails a health check

    • Device Health Checks: Offers 100+ pre-built health checks (OS version, encryption, firewall, antivirus, etc.) with the flexibility to create custom policies using OSquery.

    • App Visibility: identifies SaaS apps in use (including shadow IT) so admins can enforce device security policies consistently.

    • Self-remediation: guides users to fix device issues before accessing apps, reducing IT burden.

    • End-user Privacy Center: Gives users visibility into what checks are running on their device and who has access to the data.

    Highlights

    • Simplify Compliance - Enforce compliance with 100+ pre-built device health checks, or build your own using Osquery.
    • Enable Employees - Reduce your IT burden by enabling employees to secure devices via self-remediation.
    • Designed for customers with no EDP, requires 1Password EPM Business.

    Reviewed on Feb 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We can send eachother login credentials, credit card info, notes securely. No more sticky notes. Forces older staff members into secure measures, especially with so many remote and hybrid staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the buy in from a whole staff is a bit troublesome, but the product has no issues in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security number one. Also helpdesk gets way less issues, it puts the responsibility on the users. You cant forget important info with this app, and ultimately lets our staff login quickly and be on task without any hitches or excuses.

Secure Team Collaboration with Room for Improvement

    Reviewed on Feb 15, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use 1Password for password management at my job, mainly to share and use passwords securely across the company. I appreciate the ability to share password security using a link, which eliminates the need to share passwords through insecure mediums like chat. The feature of having multiple different team folders or workspaces is useful for organizing passwords across different teams. Team folders are especially helpful because people across different time zones know exactly where passwords would be without needing to ask. The initial setup of 1Password is simple enough for users, making onboarding straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very flaky, it asks to save password on websites even when there is a password saved and all we're trying to do is just login. Also, the authenticator is not easy to use - sometimes it doesn't even detect the QR code on the screen to setup authenticator. They can improve the site and login vs signup detection to make sure it doesn't ask to save password again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password helps share and use passwords across the company, especially for demo accounts. It allows secure password sharing, avoiding insecure mediums, and team folders help access passwords across time zones without asking.
