From there, you can easily define custom rules tailored to your specific use cases without any manual setup or coding required. Common use cases are call button alerts for security or customer and employee assistance, monitor cold storage with temperature, humidity, and door sensors to text you if the fridge door is left open, detect leaks, and collect customer satisfaction data in near real time.

You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

AT&T Connected Spaces Premium support which consists of Web, email, chat/chatbot and phone support. Email support is available during regular business hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 8PM EST with response within 8 business hours. Surcharge and taxes may apply. To cancel your SaaS agreement: Open the AWS Marketplace console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/marketplace . The Manage subscriptions page appears. Open the Delivery method list and choose SaaS. Choose the subscription that you want to cancel. Under Agreement, open the Actions list and choose Cancel subscription. In the Cancel subscription dialog box, enter confirm, then choose Yes, cancel subscription.
