Dimensions summary
Both dimensions cover the FlowAI Essentials bundle, priced as a contract with a set quantity of units. Each includes 5,000 monthly agent runs and unlimited agents. Pricing does not scale by device, node, or user seat. The two options differ only in how the language model provider is handled. With the BYO LLM option, you configure and pay for your own compatible provider. With the Itential LLM option, a managed provider is included in the subscription. Choose based on whether you want to supply your own model or use the bundled one.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An agent run is one full agent session, from start to result. Each session captures one instance of the agent executing its instructions, including all reasoning and tool usage, ending in a result. Runs are counted per session each month.
The bundle includes 5,000 runs per month. Itential does not sell extra agent runs on top of a bundle. To handle more volume, you move to a higher offering. The run count is designed to track your program's growth as adoption increases.
You configure a compatible provider on an account you own and pay for. Supported options include several common commercial and self-hosted model providers. API keys are stored write-only and masked. With the Itential-provided option instead, a managed model is included in the subscription.
