Charged credits have no expiration date, but you can only use them while subscribed. If your subscription ends, any remaining credits become unusable. Restarting your subscription lets you use them again.
If you delete a candidate from the list before they start the assessment, the credit use for that candidate is canceled. Once a candidate begins the assessment, that credit use cannot be canceled or reversed.
