You buy this CRM per user, and you pick one of three plans that build on each other. Pro is the base plan, covering customization, custom apps, AI agents, and monthly workflow credits. Organization adds team access controls like row-level permissions, single sign-on, and a custom domain. Enterprise includes everything in Organization plus single-tenant isolation, IP allow-listing, user provisioning, and a dedicated support agreement. Your cost scales with the number of user seats you enable. As you move up the plans, you unlock more security, access, and support features layered onto the tier below it.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for per-seat billing across all three plans?
You pay per user seat you enable in your workspace. Each person who accesses the CRM counts as one seat. Your cost is the plan's per-user rate multiplied by the number of active seats. Adding or removing team members changes your seat count and your bill accordingly.
How do workflow credits work in the Pro plan, and what happens if I use them all?
The Pro plan includes 5 workflow credits per month. Workflow credits run your automated processes, such as scoring or email sequences. The included amount resets monthly. The data does not specify overage charges once you exhaust the monthly credits, so contact the vendor for details on exceeding the included amount.
When I move from Pro to Organization or Enterprise, which added features drive the cost difference?
Organization adds team access controls: row-level permissions, SAML/OIDC single sign-on, a custom domain, and priority support. Enterprise adds isolation and provisioning features: single-tenant isolation, IP allow-listing, SCIM user provisioning, and a dedicated support agreement with an SLA. You pay the higher per-user rate across all seats on the chosen plan.
