Auctus Core - AI Control Plane for Model Routing and Agents

     Info
Auctus Core is a managed AI control plane that routes LLM requests by cost, latency, and policy and runs coding agents in governed sandboxes based on custom-developed agent personas for your application.

    Overview

Auctus Core is a managed control plane for organizations running large language models and coding agents in production. It is delivered with the advisory work to design it and the operations to keep it running. The platform routes each request to the best-fit supported model or provider, runs coding-agent sessions in isolated sandboxes that produce reviewable pull requests, tracks work from first request through merge, and measures cost and quality continuously.

Your existing controls stay authoritative: source control, CI, and merge rules are not replaced. Evidence precedes approval, and a human holds every boundary that matters. Deploy it fully managed in Auctus Cloud, or inside your own AWS account, VPC, or data center.

    WHAT THE PLATFORM DOES

    1. Model Routing Each request goes to the best-fit available model or provider using cost, latency, quality, policy, data-boundary, and availability signals. Fallback behavior is defined by your operating rules. Telemetry records what was selected and why, giving your team full visibility into routing decisions across every request.

    2. Coding-Agent Orchestration Supported agent harnesses - including Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Amp, Pi, and custom adapters - run as shared team infrastructure rather than on individual laptops. Sessions execute in short-lived sandboxes with scoped credentials and a dedicated repository checkout. They stay visible to the whole team and produce reviewable branches, pull requests, checks, and live browser previews. Reviewer agents apply your policies and can flag or block unsafe changes. Repair loops run before a human is asked to review.

    3. Task and Workflow Management Prompts, issues, incidents, and conversations become tracked work with context, priorities, dependencies, retries, automation triggers, and status coordinated from request through review and merge. Context is drawn from the tools your teams already use, including GitHub, Linear, Slack, Sentry, PagerDuty, Notion, CircleCI, and production logs.

    4. Optimization and Governance Models, prompts, policies, workflows, and spend are measured and tuned as an ongoing discipline rather than a launch-week exercise. Audit history, evidence-backed review loops, and operational telemetry keep automation inside the boundaries your organization defines.

    DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS

Auctus Cloud - A fully managed control plane with elastic sandbox capacity, upgrades and day-two operations handled for you, and policy and audit controls included.

Your Environment - The same platform deployed into your AWS account, VPC, or data center. Residency-aligned architecture, customer-managed key integration, and private networking ensure that source code, prompts, and credentials can remain inside your boundary.

    HOW WE ENGAGE

Engagements follow a structured path: discovery and strategy, then control plane design, then deployment and integration, then ongoing operation and optimization. We operate what we recommend, so advisory work is measured against production outcomes instead of being delivered and handed off.

    GETTING STARTED

To begin, reach out through AWS Marketplace to schedule a discovery session. During discovery, we assess your current model usage, agent workflows, governance requirements, and deployment constraints to scope an engagement that fits your environment and objectives.

    Highlights

    • Policy-based model routing across providers. Every LLM request is directed to the best-fit model or provider using cost, latency, quality, policy, data-boundary, and availability signals, with automatic fallback defined by your operating rules. Telemetry records every routing decision - which model was selected, why, and at what cost - so model spend and output quality are continuously measured and tunable rather than assumed.
    • Coding-agent orchestration with built-in governance. Supported harnesses - including Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, and custom adapters - run as shared team infrastructure in short-lived, isolated sandboxes with scoped credentials. Each task produces a reviewable branch, pull request, automated checks, and live preview. Your existing source control, CI pipelines, and merge rules remain authoritative, so agent-generated code follows the same review and approval process as human-authored code.
    • Deployed in Auctus Cloud or inside your own AWS account. Run fully managed in Auctus Cloud, or deploy inside your own AWS account, VPC, or data center with residency-aligned architecture, customer-managed key integration, and private networking. Advisory, deployment, and day-two operations come from one team - the engineers who design your control plane continue to operate it, so accountability does not end at the recommendation.

    What support covers

    • Platform operation: model routing, agent sessions and sandboxes, task and workflow management, and the governance, audit, and telemetry surfaces.
    • Configuration: routing policies, review policies, fallback behavior, and integrations with your source control, CI, and the tools your teams already use.
    • Deployment: initial deployment and integration, plus changes as your environment evolves.
    • Auctus Cloud: we operate the managed control plane, including elastic sandbox capacity, upgrades, and day-two operations.
    • Your environment: for deployments in your own AWS account, VPC, or data center, we support the platform and work alongside your infrastructure and security teams.

    Engagement approach

Every engagement begins with discovery and design, then deployment and integration, then ongoing operation and optimization. The team that designs and deploys your control plane continues to operate it, so you are not handed to a separate queue after launch. Optimization is treated as an operating discipline: models, prompts, policies, workflows, and spend are reviewed continuously, not only at launch.
