TeamLoop is an AI knowledge platform that connects your tools (GitHub, Notion, Linear, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Figma, Zendesk, Datadog, and PagerDuty) through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It gives AI assistants persistent memory with temporal awareness, so they understand not just what's true now, but how things evolved. Deploys entirely in your VPC.
TeamLoop deploys a production-ready AI knowledge platform in your AWS account. It connects to GitHub, Notion, Linear, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Figma, Zendesk, Datadog, and PagerDuty, enabling AI assistants like Claude to search, retrieve, and reason over your organization's knowledge using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Unlike standard RAG systems, TeamLoop tracks how documents change over time with temporal versioning. Query modes include current state, point-in-time snapshots, evolution over a date range, and side-by-side comparisons. All data stays in your VPC, nothing leaves your account.
The stack includes Aurora PostgreSQL Serverless v2 with pgvector, ECS Fargate with auto-scaling, Cognito authentication with optional SAML federation, and Amazon Titan V2 embeddings (or bring your own Voyage AI key).
Highlights
Temporal AI Memory: Track how your organization's knowledge evolves over time. Query current state, point-in-time snapshots, evolution ranges, and side-by-side comparisons across GitHub, Notion, Linear, Jira, Confluence, and more.
MCP-Native Integration: Works with any AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol, including Claude, Cursor, and VS Code. Connects 10+ enterprise tools with OAuth authentication via Cognito.
Fully Private VPC Deployment: All data stays in your AWS account. Aurora PostgreSQL with pgvector, ECS Fargate with auto-scaling, optional SAML SSO, and Amazon Titan V2 embeddings with no external API calls.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract combines two separate pricing dimensions that you configure together. Seats count the number of authorized users who can access TeamLoop. Queries set your monthly allocation for knowledge retrieval through the MCP server. You size each dimension independently to match your team's needs. Adding more users raises the Seats quantity, while heavier retrieval activity raises the Queries quantity. Neither dimension is a bundled tier; each scales on its own unit. Together they let you align user access and monthly query volume under one contract commitment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one seat for billing?
A seat is one authorized user account that can access TeamLoop. Each person who signs in and works with the platform uses one seat. You size the Seats quantity to match your number of active users.
What counts as a query, and what happens if I use up my monthly allocation?
A query is one knowledge retrieval request through the MCP server. TeamLoop uses a query-first design, pulling fresh data on each request with no background sync. Your Queries dimension sets the monthly allocation. To increase capacity, raise the Queries quantity in your contract.
Which dimension drives my cost — number of users or query volume?
Both dimensions bill independently and appear together under one contract. Seats scale with how many users you authorize. Queries scale with monthly retrieval activity. Teams with many users but light retrieval lean on Seats, while heavy retrieval activity raises the Queries portion.

Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.

Usage instructions
Launch the CloudFormation stack from the deployment template below. Required parameters: ApiImageUri and DashboardImageUri (use the container images from this version).
Stack creation takes approximately 15 minutes. It creates a VPC, Aurora PostgreSQL database, ECS Fargate service, Cognito User Pool, and Application Load Balancer.
After deployment, find the TeamLoopURL in the CloudFormation Outputs tab. Create your first user in the Cognito console.4. Connect integrations (GitHub, Notion, Linear, etc.) in Settings > Integrations.
Configure your MCP client (Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code) with your deployment's MCP endpoint. See https://docs.teamloop.io/mcp/setup/ for detailed setup instructions.
Optional: Set DomainName and CertificateArn for HTTPS with a custom domain. Set EnableSamlFederation and SamlMetadataUrl for corporate SSO.
