You buy Heidi per clinician, and pricing scales with the number of users on your plan. Three tiers stack in order. Pro and Practice both bill annually at a fixed rate per clinician, with Practice adding team-focused capabilities on top of Pro. Enterprise uses custom pricing and terms instead of a set per-user rate, letting you negotiate billing to fit organization size and needs. Choose a tier based on whether you need individual documentation, shared team features, or organization-wide governance and custom hosting.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing on the Pro and Practice plans?
You pay per clinician. Each clinician who uses Heidi for documentation counts as one billed user. On the Practice plan, some assistant roles may be included at no added seat cost. Your total scales with how many clinicians you add to the plan.
How do the Pro, Practice, and Enterprise plans differ in what each user gets?
Pro gives individual clinicians documentation, templates, and personalization. Practice adds team template sharing, document and session sharing, and guided onboarding. Enterprise adds single sign-on, governance controls, dedicated customer success, service commitments, and custom hosting. Each higher plan builds on the one below it.
How does Enterprise pricing work compared to the fixed per-user rates on Pro and Practice?
Pro and Practice bill a set rate per clinician, charged annually. Enterprise uses custom pricing and flexible billing negotiated with the vendor instead of a fixed per-user rate. This lets larger organizations align billing and terms with their size, hosting needs, and governance requirements.
