Quality App that Solves Number Masking
We needed an app to connect our Amazon Connect to our lawyer's phones so they could dial out to clients while masking their own phone numbers. This does the trick. The problems I see in reviews are AWS related - like logging out is an AWS rule, not the app. I have found no issues with setting the app up or its usage.
Mobile Connect works
My organization has been using Mobile Connect for about 9 months at this point and we are very pleased with the product. It's straightforward to setup, easy to use and support is responsive.
Way too expensive for SMB
Not all companies have 100 users. I think for the costs that the app occur to Mobile Connect, there needs to be an option for up to 1 to 10 users.
It's a shame as I spent so much time messing about helping with the sound issues for the developer, giving feedback.
$50 a month is just not feasable as it's only 1 instance.
Keeps logging out
I've been using mobile connect 4 weeks now. I can't rely on it because it logs me out every short while. I'm constantly logging into the app to ensure I'm logged in. I use it mostly to answer I coming live chats. Also, the notificatio. For an incoming live chat is a simple beep which I don't always hear. In the past I used zoho and it would ring non stop ,like a phone call, until an agent answered. I don't see any option for customizing these notification. So far I missed 90% of the incoming chats either because it signed me out or because I didn't hear the notification
Good mobile app solution for Amazon Connect
We had been looking for a mobile app for Amazon Connect for a while. There were some bugs in the beginning but these have been improved over time. Overall, great solution for mobile usage of Amazon Connect.
