Achieving Specific AWS Cloud Outcomes Our "Rapid Rebound" effort focuses on three specific areas of the AWS Cloud Journey:
Migration Acceleration: We perform forensic audits of customer migration workloads to ensure they are correctly tagged and incentivized under AWS MAP, directly lowering the cost of cloud adoption for the end customer. Marketplace Deployment Optimization: We streamline the operational workflows for third-party software products listed on the AWS Marketplace, ensuring customers can procure and deploy SaaS solutions through their Strategic Collaboration Agreements (SCA) without administrative delay. Governance and Hygiene: We remediate the technical "ACE" lead and opportunity pipeline to ensure AWS customers receive timely, validated support from certified partner resources, directly improving the health of the customer’s AWS ecosystem.
The 90-Day Restoration Roadmap Phase 1: Forensic Audit: Identifying at-risk customer migration workloads and "Ghost Pipeline" revenue currently stalled in the cloud adoption funnel. Phase 2: Operational Restoration: Remediating tagging and governance issues to ensure the flawless delivery of AWS innovation credits and migration funding to customer accounts. Phase 3: Performance Stabilization: Implementing a Red-to-Green scorecard to ensure consistent, high-quality management of the customer’s AWS Cloud lifecycle.
