Overview
Our AWS Account Managed Service delivers comprehensive, hands-on management of your AWS environment, covering account governance, security posture, compliance monitoring, and operational health across your entire cloud footprint. We provide oversight and optimization for core AWS services including AWS Control Tower, AWS Security Hub, Amazon GuardDuty, AWS Config, Amazon RDS, AWS Lambda, Amazon EC2, Amazon Kinesis, and Amazon S3 — along with broader support across your AWS service portfolio as your environment grows. Key features include multi-account governance and landing zone management via Control Tower, continuous threat detection and remediation guidance through GuardDuty and Security Hub, automated compliance and configuration drift monitoring with Config, and performance tuning and cost optimization across compute (EC2, Lambda), database (RDS), storage (S3), and streaming data (Kinesis) workloads. Our team proactively monitors resource utilization, security findings, and configuration changes to reduce risk and prevent costly misconfigurations before they impact your business. Benefits include reduced operational overhead, faster incident response, improved security and compliance posture, optimized cloud spend, and access to AWS-certified engineers without the cost of building an in-house cloud operations team. Whether you're scaling a multi-account AWS Organization or optimizing a single production environment, our managed service adapts to your architecture and grows with your needs — giving you the confidence that your AWS infrastructure is secure, compliant, cost-efficient, and running at peak performance 24/7.

Support
Vendor support
Support for this offering is tailored to each engagement and formally defined in a client-specific Method of Operations (MOO) document, established during onboarding. This ensures support scope, response times, escalation paths, and service levels align precisely with each customer's environment, project requirements, and operational needs. At a minimum, all customers receive access to our support team via email and/or phone during standard business hours, with expanded coverage (including 24/7 support, defined SLAs, and dedicated points of contact) available based on the selected service tier and MOO terms. Specific support commitments, response times, and coverage windows are documented and agreed upon prior to project kickoff.
