SXP.ai Agentic AI
Autonomous workflows that run without a human in the conversation, triggered by inbound requests, system events, behavioural signals, or calls from other AI tools. SXP.ai reads the context, applies institutional rules and policies, and resolves work end-to-end across campus systems. Every action is logged, scoped, and auditable.
Pre-built agentic workflows include service desk automation, which reads incoming tickets, drafts personalised responses, executes multi-step workflows, and escalates only when human judgement is needed, recovering over $125k in staff time annually for a typical university. Retention workflows detect early risk signals, low attendance, poor VLE engagement, and missed deadlines, and initiate personalised outreach at a scale no team can match manually.
Any Front End
SXP.ai agentic workflows are invokable from any front end. For staff already using Microsoft Copilot, NebulaOne, or other productivity AI tools, SXP.ai exposes its workflows via MCP and A2A, so existing AI investments are extended rather than replaced.
