- Cloud Migration Assessment: We identify the customer's current IT operating system and requirements, comprehensively evaluate workload suitability (5R Model), and discuss the cloud migration roadmap.
- Cloud Optimization Assessment: We perform cloud performance and cost optimization assessments by checking the cloud infrastructure configuration status and workload usage.
- BCDR Quick Assessment: We investigate the current DR and backup systems, check service continuity management guidelines, and calculate the To-Be architecture and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Cloud Security Assessment: We conduct an in-depth diagnosis of security governance using a self-produced security questionnaire and analyze vulnerabilities in cloud configuration settings.
