Vendor refund policy
Customers may cancel their StrongestLayer subscription at any time through their AWS account. Per AWS Marketplace policy, cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, processed automatically by AWS. After 48 hours, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund after 48 hours, contact StrongestLayer at support@strongestlayer.ai . StrongestLayer does not provide refunds for usage-based charges already incurred.
