HabileLabs deploys DocuSwift in your own AWS account and takes your team to go-live.
DocuSwift is HabileLabs' AWS-native document management system for document-heavy enterprises such as banks, NBFCs and housing-finance companies. This professional service is the fixed-scope implementation that pairs with a DocuSwift subscription from AWS Marketplace.
The implementation package includes
- Kick-off and requirements workshop: sites, folder structure, metadata, tags, retention and approval workflows.
- Deployment of the production stack in Asia Pacific (Mumbai), the disaster-recovery stack in Asia Pacific (Hyderabad) and one non-production stack from the DocuSwift CloudFormation template, with licensing activated against your subscription.
- Identity setup: Amazon Cognito user pool, groups and permissions, optional Azure AD / Microsoft Entra single sign-on.
- Configuration of document types, metadata fields, source tags, OCR and AI summarisation, Aadhaar masking, webhooks and API keys.
- Bulk-import plan and tooling for existing files (migration execution is scoped separately).
- Two administrator training sessions and user quick-start material.
- Go-live review and two weeks of hypercare after launch.
Typical package price is USD 2,500, agreed in a private offer after a short scoping call. Larger migrations, custom integrations (loan-origination or core-banking systems, SharePoint, Salesforce) and additional training are quoted as extra consultant days.
How it works: request a private offer from this page; HabileLabs responds within two business days with a scope and a private offer. Services are billed entirely through AWS Marketplace. AWS infrastructure used by your DocuSwift installation (S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Textract, Bedrock) is billed separately by AWS to your account.
