Pricing

Vendor refund policy
Refunds are available within 30 days if the product fails to provision or function as advertised, or for billing errors. Usage-based charges already consumed are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support with your AWS account ID, order ID, and issue description. Technical issues should be reported first, as many can be resolved without a refund.
