Overview

Fixed Plant Proximity Detection System
Warny is a safety focused computer vision application made up of multiple modules. Warnys modules included as standard are:
Advanced Object Detection and Classification: detects people, forklifts, front-end loaders and trucks out of the box. If there are customer specific requirements for object classification, Bigmate can scope and quote on the effort to train the neural network to detect any object outside the standard catalogue of items.
Safety Zone Alerting: create zoning around machinery or in work environments that can be either safe or exclusion zones. These zones are highly flexible in shape and can dynamically move within an environment if cameras are bumped.
Additional modules include:
Proximity Alerting: monitor interactions between people and vehicles in our catalogue of objects (standard forklifts included). Additional items can also be added. Proximity breach distances can be set individually depending on vehicle type as well as different severity alerting can be set.
Alarm Integration: Light and siren (Warny Alarm) can be triggered for any safety interactions, independently or together depending on event type and/or severity. The Warny alarm will work independently of any internet connection to ensure it can activate on site at all times.
Industrial Integration: Warny is capable of integrating with your industrial equipment (eg: Conveyor Machines using Networked PLC Controllers), the integration is typically over an I/O controller. This enables Warny to receive information about the state of the machinery and to send stop signals to the machinery if required.
Warny utilises your pre-existing CCTV infrastructure and never needs to be calibrated ensuring you have ongoing accuracy with no additional overhead.
After purchasing the software, please complete setup by emailing Bigmate and begin next steps.

Highlights
- Warny leverages existing hardware infrastructure (CCTV cameras and networks) to save the lives of your employees.
- Feature Focused Development - as our modules grow, you maintain the ability to leverage them without any calibration.
- Access your data through RESTful APIs. The data is yours and we give you the keys to access it. This is important if you're building a Data Lake or need to push into 3rd party systems.
