The miniOrange Cloud IAM helps securely manage user access and permissions across the entire cloud environment. The platform includes Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), adaptive authentication, passwordless login, SCIM provisioning, and identity federation, all designed to strengthen security, adhere to the zero trust principle, simplify access, and support compliance requirements.
The miniOrange Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) product suite is a storehouse of comprehensive capabilities made to secure users access to a myriad of apps, systems, and software. With 24/7 customer support and architecture that aligns with international standards such as SAMA, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and more, the enterprise cloud IAM demonstrates a strong standing in todays market. miniOrange Cloud IAM enables organizations to centralize identity and access management. The platform helps enterprises secure employee, customer, partner, and non-human identities while improving user experience and meeting compliance requirements.
The core capabilities of cloud IAM are:
Single Sign-On (SSO): This solution allows users to authenticate once and gain access to several cloud applications, using protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OIDC.
User Lifecycle Management (ULM): Easily automate user provisioning and deprovisioning using the SCIM protocol to sync user profiles across multiple systems.
Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Also known as Risk-based Authentication (RBA), this solution analyzes contextual signals (location, time, behavior, IP, and device) during login.
2FA/MFA: Apply an additional layer of security over passwords during login. Popular MFA methods include OTP over SMS/email, call verification, security questions, push notifications, etc.
Passwordless Authentication: This helps protect yourself from password-based cyberattacks like credential stuffing, brute force, and more. Opt for passwordless login options like passkeys, grid pattern matching, FIDO2/WebAuth, etc.
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): This is an approach to enforce access policies. The user is assiged roles, which have dedicated set of permissions. The users can access only those resources associated with their roles/permissions.

You buy this product by licensing users under one of three plans, each priced per user. The plans stack: Essential covers core SSO and MFA, Premium adds all Essential features plus passwordless and adaptive authentication, and Enterprise IAM Suite adds all Premium features plus user lifecycle management and workflows. Pricing scales with the number of users you license and the plan you choose. Moving to a higher plan keeps the prior plan's capabilities and adds more. Choose the plan that matches your identity and access needs, then set your user count.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing across these plans?
A user is counted by active usage, meaning any unique login or password reset by that person in a month. Suspended or disabled accounts are not billed, since they show no login activity. You are charged per user, not per login, no matter how often someone logs in daily.
If I move from Essential to Premium or Enterprise, which capabilities change?
Each higher plan keeps every feature from the plan below it. Premium adds SSO for in-house apps, passwordless FIDO2 and WebAuthn, adaptive authentication, AAA/TACACS+ support, and SCIM provisioning. Enterprise adds user lifecycle management, access request and approval workflows, role-based access, HR-driven provisioning, and SIEM integrations. You pay the chosen plan's per-user rate.
Does the number of users I license affect the price, or just the plan?
Both drive your cost. You pick one plan, which sets the per-user rate, then multiply by the number of licensed users. Higher user counts increase the total. The plan choice and the user count together determine what you pay under your contract.
