Overview
miniOrange MFA Authentication for AWS Workspaces Client Login: The setup works in such a way that miniOrange is the RADIUS server that accepts the username/password of the user entered as a RADIUS request and validates the user against the external database or Active Directory (AD). Following the initial authentication step, AWS Workspaces initiates a second level of authentication. Based on the user's input during this process, access is either granted or revoked.
Highlights
- Enhanced security: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for AWS Workspaces adds an extra layer of security, reducing the chances of an attacker gaining access to the system.
- Increased productivity and flexibility: Employees may securely access the VDIs from practically any device and location, without jeopardizing the company's network.
- Fraud Prevention: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an additional degree of protection by ensuring that everyone is who they say they are, preventing unwanted access to the AWS Workspaces environment.
