IntelliDocX SAP ArchiveLink Adapter with Subscription Contract
IntelliDocX AL is a production-ready enterprise SAP ArchiveLink and CMIS certified content management adapter. This is a full production release with no restrictions on usage time, number of users, documents processed, or any other measurements.
WHAT THIS CLOUDFORMATION STACK DEPLOYS:
- Elastic Beanstalk environment (.NET 8 on Amazon Linux 2023)
- Amazon Cognito User Pool for secure OIDC-based authentication
- Amazon S3 bucket for SAP ArchiveLink document storage (unlimited)
- Application Load Balancer with HTTPS using your ACM certificate
- IAM roles with least-privilege permissions per AWS best practices
- AWS License Manager entitlement validation at application startup
HOW IT WORKS: After subscribing on AWS Marketplace, you receive the IntelliDocX AL application package. Upload it to your own S3 bucket, then launch this CloudFormation stack. The stack provisions all required AWS resources in your account within approximately 15 minutes.
The application runs entirely within your own AWS VPC. Your SAP documents, extracted data and credentials never leave your environment. This gives your security and compliance teams full data sovereignty with the simplicity of a packaged, versioned product delivered through AWS Marketplace.
SAP INTEGRATION: After deployment, configure content repositories in the IntelliDocX AL Admin panel and import SAP transports to connect your SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA or RISE with SAP system.
SUPPORTED SAP SYSTEMS: SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), SAP S/4HANA (on-premise and cloud), RISE with SAP, SAP Business Suite.

Usage instructions
ANNUAL CONTRACT SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE LAUNCHING:
Step 1: Receive the IntelliDocX AL application package After subscribing on AWS Marketplace, email support@intellidocx.asia with your AWS account ID and order confirmation. You will receive the IntelliDocX AL application ZIP file by return email.
Step 2: Upload the application ZIP to your S3 bucket Create or use an existing S3 bucket in your AWS account in the same region where you plan to deploy. We will provide filename and SASKey to access file. Step 1. Note both the bucket name and the filename (object key).
Step 3: Prepare your SSL certificate Ensure an ACM certificate exists for your application domain in the SAME AWS region as this deployment. If you do not have one, create it via AWS Certificate Manager before launching this stack.
Step 4: Prepare your VPC You need a VPC with at least two public subnets (for the Application Load Balancer) and two private subnets (for the EC2 instances), across two or more Availability Zones.
Step 5: Launch this CloudFormation stack When subscribing, click Launch CloudFormation. Fill in the following parameters:
- VPC ID and subnet IDs
- Your application domain name
- ACM certificate ARN
- S3 bucket name (from Step 2)
- ZIP filename (from Step 2)
- Cognito domain prefix (a unique lowercase name for your login page)
- EC2 instance type (t3.small recommended for evaluation)
Your annual contract entitlement is validated automatically by AWS License Manager at startup. No licence key entry is required. Deployment takes approximately 15 minutes.
Step 6: Configure DNS After the stack completes, go to CloudFormation Outputs and copy the EnvironmentURL value. Create a CNAME DNS record pointing your application domain to this URL.
Step 7: Configure IntelliDocX AL Open https://your-domain/Admin in your browser.
- Sign in using your Cognito credentials
- Click Connections to configure your SAP or S3 repository
- Click Content Server Mapping to link your SAP content repository
- Import SAP transports per the Installation Guide
Step 8: Configure SAP In SAP transaction OAC0, point your content repository to your IntelliDocX AL application URL.
