Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses a single pricing dimension based on the number of devices in your base subscription. You pay through a contract commitment, and the price scales with how many devices you include. Each device you connect to and manage counts toward your subscription total. To size your purchase, you estimate the number of devices needing secure remote access, support, or control. There are no separate tiers or add-on charges here — cost is driven entirely by device count under one contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one device for billing purposes?
A device is any system you connect to and manage through the platform. This includes servers, laptops, ATMs, POS terminals, kiosks, industrial equipment, embedded devices, and legacy machines. Each connected endpoint counts as one device toward your subscription total, regardless of its operating system or hardware type.
Do agentless, on-demand sessions count toward my device total the same way as always-on managed devices?
The platform supports persistent agent-based access for always-on device management and agentless on-demand sessions where no software is pre-installed. The pricing table meters the number of devices in your base subscription. For how temporary on-demand sessions are counted against your device total, contact the vendor.
What happens to my cost if I need to add more devices during the contract?
Your price scales with the number of devices in your base subscription. Adding devices raises the count your cost is based on. There are no separate tiers or add-on charges beyond device count. To adjust your device count mid-contract, contact the vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
As an educator, you are able to control what student do while on computers in the classroom. Being able to see and control what students view on the computer is such a game changer when you have over 30 computers in a classroom and you have no way of seeing all of the computer monitors from your desk when you are doing lectures. The different features on this program are also interesting, from being able to black out their screen to taking remote control of their computer to blocking certain internet sites (or the internet entirely) to even being able to force log out and shut down computers too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The program does have a slower than average response times when tasking it to do certain controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an educator, you are able to control what student do while on computers in the classroom.
