    CloudFormation Template (CFT)

AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS. The deployed application and associated resources are called a "stack."

A Great Tool for Data Migration

    Reviewed on Jun 26, 2023
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We wanted to use Datometry for a massive data migration project. We had gigabytes of data stored in different on-prem servers. Datometry's data migration capabilities enabled our company to migrate to the cloud seamlessly and efficiently. It all worked without causing any service interruption.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't have any major obstacles using the app. As with any new tool, I would say that the learning curve for picking up the concepts was pretty steep. Also, offering more database vendors would be a plus and can be considered an improvement in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Datometry was helping with data migration and going to the cloud. It saved us tremendously in expenses. It's a great addition to any modern database management stack and facilitates complex data migration projects.
