Way Security extends your existing identity stack to the business applications it cannot fully reach. Acting as an identity infrastructure layer, Way connects SaaS, legacy, on-prem, homegrown, and agentic applications to the IdPs, IGAs, and IAM tools enterprises already use, including applications that lack standard SAML, SCIM, clean APIs, or consistent identity schemas. With Neon, teams can bring disconnected apps under centralized authentication, provisioning, lifecycle management, and access governance without replacing their current identity investments or waiting on custom connector projects.

You buy the Enterprise Tier through a single contract dimension. Pricing is measured per 1,000 users on the Neon Security Identity Platform. You commit to a set number of user units for your contract term, and your cost scales with how many 1,000-user blocks you need. There are no separate tiers or add-on dimensions to choose between. As your user count grows, you add more units under the same per-1,000-user structure.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Pricing is measured per 1,000 users on the platform. The platform enforces controls on both human and non-human identities. So identity accounts, not just people, may count toward your user total. Confirm with the vendor whether service accounts and machine identities count in your specific environment.
